06/06/2026: I had very fond memories of this restaurant: the food was good, the presentation was excellent, and the portions were generous. The rural setting on the banks of the Moselle River made it a welcoming place... But aside from the natural countryside setting, the restaurant is no longer pleasant: - Very poor value for money: it's far too expensive for the small amount of food served. - Plates with very little food. There were six of us adults, and everyone left feeling hungry. - The meat is of good quality, but the presentation is lacking. We were served the same way we were in a cafeteria. There wasn't even a sprig of parsley for garnish. - The wait was very long. Some of the waitresses were barely friendly. And they placed the water bottle on the table as if they were bothered by serving it (that's our impression), with no smiles whatsoever. - We had to ask for small cakes to go with our aperitif. - You ordered two scoops of ice cream for dessert... you got two scoops, not a single cake (fan or Russian cigarette), not a trace of whipped cream to go with it. - You ordered a coffee, you asked for it to be served with your dessert... you left without having had any coffee because it was never brought to you. It was nice to have a musician creating a lively atmosphere. But he was so close to the tables that you couldn't have a conversation because of the noise. I remember the owner walking around the tables to check on the customers and receive compliments. I can't say for sure if he was there because we didn't know who the owner was. The restaurant has really gone downhill. It's very disappointing. We really miss Claude: he was a true chef.

05/06/2026: The only complaint is the wait time. We arrived at 12 pm and were served at 2:30 pm. It was Mother's Day, but that's no excuse for having 400 guests.
