18/11/2023: A discovery this summer. I just read that they were closing, what a shame! Everything was perfect. The ice creams are a treat!! Good installation for the future.

05/11/2023: We dined for the first time at Buddha bleu for one of the last services before closing. Reservation by telephone on closing day (thanks for that!). We had the four course menu and were not disappointed. Good work, original and tasty! Friendly and dynamic service! Some ideas for improvement (for the few remaining days of opening): - change the name: the blue Buddha suggests that the restaurant is Asian and I think that this name is a bad choice given the cuisine offered - watch out for angry responses on the internet...no need to put yourself on the same level as stupid customers...that's a dessert - blind test too easy for a Lorraine de Nancy and an Earl Gray lover ;-) Sorry the restaurant is closing soon, we would love to go back next year! Thanks again for the great evening and good luck with the next project!

07/03/2024: We went there for lunch, the setting is really pretty and the servers were friendly. Certainly the menu leaves little choice on the menu, but it is a guarantee of fresh and quality products. The combinations of flavors are really good, you can't help but love the dishes served. A great address in Carnac.

06/04/2024: Magnificent hotel. Very attentive, very professional staff. Super nice room, very good bedding. Top breakfast and restaurant. Downside, the location of the hotel in the middle of the district but you can't help it, and the beach is a 2-minute walk away. Big asset is the indoor swimming pool. To do absolutely.

30/03/2024: What can we say about this little find other than that we really fell in love with it! Fresh fish grilled over a fireplace, we opted for the skewers, two versions to choose from, scallops or monkfish. Served with an assortment of basmati rice toppings, steamed potatoes, grilled vegetables and 3 homemade sauces. A delight. Dessert side, on the same line with for my part a frozen white cheese with red fruit coulis. A cozy, warm atmosphere, typical Breton decor, friendly and professional service. Price 50€/person for main course - dessert and wine. Go there quickly no better run there quickly 🥰

09/03/2024: Hello in this lovely restaurant which has just found a real chef we enjoyed ourselves, with the new menu don't hesitate, the starters are hum the main course too and with what is needed on the plate until dessert. And the waiters and waitresses are always smiling and do their job very well. I advise you to eat at the casino restaurant, you won't be there.

06/04/2024: Brittany in all its splendor, a site which has managed to preserve itself from the rigors of time. As soon as you arrive, your eyes are drawn to a chapel with typically Breton architecture. This one overlooks the town of Carnac and is located on a Celtic tumulus several thousand years old. Our stay in the hotel was most pleasant both in terms of the welcome and the setting. We will come back.

04/11/2023: We had lunch there at the end of October 2023 during the holidays. There were 8 of us, including 2 children under 10 years old. Nice location near the alignments. Good welcome, nice place with several rooms (old, typical type) and a garden. Parking on site. Very good pancakes (salty and sweet) and cider. Dynamic, no-fuss, pleasant, family-friendly service.

14/12/2023: Really nice bar, very nice decor and a warm atmosphere. 2 downsides: slightly nonchalant manager (however friendly manager), and really expensive consumption. 10€ a pint of Guinness is hot. I still recommend it, because we had a good time.

02/04/2024: I admit that I'm not generally a fan of creperies, and surprisingly I really liked it! this “garlic press” pancake made from scallops, hummm a delight! The servers are very attentive, I will come back!!!

02/12/2023: The setting is nice, the photos of the dishes look promising. But what a waste to have such an unpleasant manager/boss…. Any comment on one of the dishes is followed by verbal abuse from the boss, giving more in the belittling than in the explanation of the dish. In addition, what right allows him to speak to customers directly, as soon as he does not like the situation? We are not the only ones to have paid the price for this individual that evening, because a group of around ten people arrived, explained that they had reserved, and were just pissed off, even though the boss, 5 minutes earlier, was talking about a table of 12 that was still empty.

31/10/2023: It was with a cheerful step that we reached the Bigoudéne creperie in Carnac that day at 1 p.m.! There were 8 of us: 3 generations including 1 teenager and 2 hungry children. However, we were calm because we had made a reservation the day before! Unfortunately, like all Halloween tales, it was not going to go as we had planned! (Warning, this comment contains scenes that may offend the most vulnerable audiences) Already, upon entering the restaurant, the atmosphere announced something sordid... The plastic curtains flapping in the wind, the empty reception desk... Only our stomachs prevented us from fleeing the place... Then, a man arrived... The Man... The one who made everything go wrong... The man who wasn't there at 6:30 p.m. the old woman and then who finally was there... The reliable man.. The man who never makes a mistake! The man who never doubts himself and allows himself to chase away 8 people (including a teenager and 2 hungry children, I remind you!). In short, driven out of the establishment, the climate became more tense... We felt the tension rising among our young companions... Their lips were rolling up and saliva was starting to flow... The teenager's mood darkened and its heavy silence gave way to heavy whining... We could hear children's voices repeating tirelessly... "I'm hungry..."...."I'm hungry.... "between 2 gusts of wind moistened by the spray of the sea invisible from this place but yet so close..."I'm hungry..."... it was 1:10 p.m.... we felt shivers running through our bodies... We knew that soon they risked transforming if we did not feed them... The most worrying was the teenager... We tried to give him one or two mints to delay the process but without much effect... We were afraid... We had to make a decision and act... It was the patriarch who first reacted. He chose to travel around the city looking for an empty table to accommodate 8 people. This is how we took the road again with fear (and hunger) in our stomachs... A first creperie could not accommodate us... We continued even if it meant traveling several km... then 2 then 3 refusals... difficult to find an available table at these times... it was getting late... 1:30 p.m. After numerous refusals we decided to put all the chances on our side and tried our last chance (before being devoured by our offspring). Arriving at the “Au pressoir” creperie, the matriarch set out to scout and explained our situation to the manager. When the latter saw the bloodshot eyes of our offspring and the drool running down their lips, she immediately took stock of the situation. situation. She told us to come back without further delay and threw pieces of pancakes towards the children who in one leap gobbled them up in mid-air! You will have understood, without his intervention I would never have been able to share this story with you! P.S.: back home and all well satisfied, we hastened to check if we had not chosen the wrong restaurant by calling the day before... And we were not mistaken... We had indeed called La Bigoudéne. Mistakes happen and we wouldn't have blamed the manager/waiter at Bigoudéne if he hadn't been so condescending towards us. Obviously, we won't set foot there again...
