19/03/2026: Once again, Azimuth demonstrates its superiority over other establishments in La Trinité in the triad of "ambiance/food/service."
Atmosphere: a consistently pleasant and tasteful setting.
Food: refined and inventive cuisine.
Service: perhaps the most distinguishing feature, in contrast to the two closest establishments (Le Trého and L'Arrosoir, whose waiters mistreat customers). Here, the service is discreet, attentive, and friendly.
Perhaps the secret lies in the family-run management of this restaurant? Go there immediately!
23/02/2026: It's absolutely delicious! The cuisine is refined, delicate, and healthy too. A highly recommended address for all lovers of good food. I should also add that the wines by the glass are reasonably priced and very enjoyable.

However, there was absolutely no concept of customer service: the blush for dessert was spoiled, and it was replaced without an apology!
In total: €400 for 7 people, no gesture of goodwill even regarding the blush, and not a single word of thanks! Not exactly good publicity for the restaurant!

10/03/2026: Excellent experience! The vegetarian burger was absolutely delicious, well-prepared, and full of flavor. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend it!
26/01/2026: We took a short break at this establishment after a long hike, enjoying a delicious Viennese hot chocolate accompanied by a very indulgent cookie. The service was friendly.

07/03/2026: If you are passing through La Trinité sur mer, go up the stairs between 2 restaurants which lead to Rue des Frères Kermorvant and at the top right you have Le Goéland, welcoming staff, view of the port, the crepes and galettes are super good and very affordable.

10/03/2026: A restaurant perched high above the city, offering a lovely view of the sea. The decor is nautical, the atmosphere warm, and the staff efficient and friendly. The food is delicious. The bill is a bit pricey.

23/03/2026: A frosty welcome, a dead drunk boss, I ran out.
16/03/2026: We discovered this restaurant while passing by, outside of the summer season. The setting is very pleasant and the staff very welcoming.
The mussels and fries were well prepared. The desserts were good. No complaints, but it remains to be seen how it is during the summer season when it's much more difficult to manage the crowds.

07/08/2024: Des plats toujours aussi délicieux. Des couteaux et un ceviche de thon à vendre son âme. Service discret, sympathique et efficace. Un patron adorable. Impossible de ne pas faire de compliments !
31/07/2024: Service nul très mal accueilli si vous souhaitez passer un moment en famille convivial surtout FUYEZ!! Apéritif servit en même temps que le plat , débarrassent la table pendant que vous mangez encore mais la cuisine est très bonne sauf le camembert qui étais gelée à l’intérieur.
