15/04/2024: No organization, The new boss is completely disorganized and in stress mode, 2.5 hours to be served, several customers left after the aperitif. The cordon bleu was burnt at the edges. When talking with our neighbors, we immediately thought that this restaurant would have a place for the show “nightmare in the kitchen”
