27/03/2024: 🍺 I went to discover the Cambier brewery in Croix! Nestled among the many breweries of the North, the Cambier brewery is a gem. It offers a selection of beers as varied as they are interesting. From classic Belgian names to more elaborate craft creations, each beer offers a unique experience. 🍻 During my visit on a Saturday at 2:30 p.m., I had the pleasure of going behind the scenes of the brewery in the company of Julien, our competent guide. His explanations were clear and informative, allowing us to better understand the steps of the brewing process. 🕵️‍♂️ 🍺👃 The tasting was a special moment where our group was able to discover a triple, a pastry sour and a double IPA. Each had its unique characteristics, but it was the Double Nectaron that conquered my palate with its aromas of white fruits and its perfectly balanced bitter finish. 🍊 I can’t wait to discover your new collaboration with the Hoppy Road brewery 😉 I am impressed by Cambier's commitment to providing quality products and enriching tours to its visitors. I wish this brewery all the success it deserves and I encourage beer lovers to discover it! 🌟

01/04/2024: 1st visit in March. Warm welcome and place. Can't wait to go back for lunch and enjoy the terrace.

14/02/2024: I go there regularly with the people I train from all over France. An opportunity for them to discover Welsh and other stews. A well-established organization, fast service always with a smile and lots of good things on our plates!
