07/09/2026: I would absolutely love to go back! The delicious food, the freshness and quality of the ingredients, and the warm welcome were all exceptional. The service was impeccable. For cheese lovers, I've rarely seen such a wide selection and such excellent cheeses! This is our third visit, and we're never disappointed.
05/09/2026: I am always amazed by the finesse of Mr. Paumelle's cuisine, the wine pairings, and his cheese platter! An unexpected wealth of local produce. The desserts are sublime. A truly wonderful experience guaranteed. We are so lucky to have this restaurant!
