18/08/2026: Under the definition of "Restaurant" it should have the address of L'Auberge du Bac, everything is there, the service 20/20, the food 20/20, the wine list 20/20, the owner 20/20
10/08/2026: I absolutely loved it; it's been a long time since I've eaten so well. The terrace was lovely and the service impeccable. I understand why this restaurant is so often full. Don't leave your reservation until the last minute.

Le Restaurant Mercure Compiegne Sud

31/05/2026: I stayed at this hotel on May 30, 2026, a day of extreme heat. It was impossible to lower the air conditioning in the room below 30°C because the system is outdated, with three click-button zones and a manual thermostat that isn't even electronic. Furthermore, there was only one bottle of water, and it wasn't cold, for two people on a sweltering day, for a room costing €124. I find this very stingy. I reported these two issues to the staff, who told us, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do." A better response would perhaps be appropriate, given the price and the standard that a Mercure hotel should normally offer, from a national perspective. This establishment tarnishes, and does nothing to improve, the reputation of the Mercure group.
