Les meilleurs restaurants en Lacroix-Saint-Ouen

31/05/2026: I stayed at this hotel on May 30, 2026, a day of extreme heat. It was impossible to lower the air conditioning in the room below 30°C because the system is outdated, with three click-button zones and a manual thermostat that isn't even electronic. Furthermore, there was only one bottle of water, and it wasn't cold, for two people on a sweltering day, for a room costing €124. I find this very stingy. I reported these two issues to the staff, who told us, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do." A better response would perhaps be appropriate, given the price and the standard that a Mercure hotel should normally offer, from a national perspective. This establishment tarnishes, and does nothing to improve, the reputation of the Mercure group.

07/05/2026: Well-maintained hotel with a generous breakfast (a wide selection by French standards)

05/10/2026: The food was very good and plentiful, the service was excellent, however slightly noisy.

11/08/2026: Just came to eat. Honestly, I'd gladly come back. An amazing mixed salad. Quality and price more than reasonable.
