25/01/2026: Very disappointed! Extremely expensive for such an amateurish experience: outdated room in a dirty little house, lukewarm water after 9 pm. Spa with hammam and jets that didn't work. Children were screaming and jumping all over the spa. After an hour, the staff finally intervened. This delayed the start of our massage by 20 minutes, but not the end, thankfully… The restaurant is good, thankfully, but the breakfast is on par with an Ibis Budget: cheap and with no choice. The bill was very steep, though…

01/01/2026: We were disappointed upon arrival at the estate as the exact location was poorly indicated. We thought we were staying in a castle but ended up in a different building. We thought we'd relax by taking advantage of the spa access, but we were surprised to find that the spa, which costs an extra €39 per person, isn't even located on the property; you have to walk there... Upon arriving at the spa, we found the hammam was out of order, the jacuzzi in the pool was broken, and there were children playing with toys in the pool – hardly conducive to relaxation. You have to pay an additional €25 per person to reserve a private jacuzzi for 30 minutes... As for the room, honestly, it was a bit disappointing considering the price... €210 a night, not even a small welcome tray with tea, a kettle, or anything... Bottled water in the fridge costs extra... The bathroom door doesn't lock... The linens are poor quality... Not even shower gel samples... You can't plug in your phone without leaving the light on... The outlet only works when the light is on... Not easy to fall asleep with the light on! For a "superior" room, this one was more like a standard room. There was no trash can in the room, and besides the one in the bathroom, it would be a good idea to put one near the desk. The walls are extremely thin; even upstairs, we could hear everything that was going on and being said downstairs… we could also hear the cars speeding past the property…. It's a shame because it's a beautiful place, but unfortunately, there are too many shortcomings for the price we paid; we expected significantly higher quality. Furthermore, we had breakfast, but for 20 euros per person, we expected a much wider selection. It was nothing like the breakfasts at a budget hotel. Mini frozen croissants and pain au chocolat. Hot drinks from a carafe were barely lukewarm. In short, I don't recommend having breakfast if you're expecting something out of the ordinary or a wider selection than usual. It's far too expensive for what little we received.
