14/08/2026: First visit to this chip shop, chosen for its good rating and convenient location. The welcome was warm: the owner took the time to listen to requests, including modifications and hesitations, without any impatience. The fries perfectly matched the photos: crispy and flavorful. The cheese sandwich (garden salad, baker's bread, onions, tomatoes, and 100% pure beef patty) was also excellent: lean meat, fresh ingredients, and a good balance. The price-quality ratio was reasonable (€7 for an average order of fries and the sandwich). It would also be interesting to explore new, more original recipes, with a few twists that stand out from the crowd. My only slight disappointment was the inability to offer homemade sauces, a regulatory constraint mentioned by the owner. For a passing customer, the storefront also appears a bit monotonous; a refresh could improve its marketing appeal without compromising the quality of service or the overall experience. A pleasant surprise. If I'm ever in the area again, I won't hesitate to come back.

09/08/2026: What can I say? It was our first time at Mimi's tonight, and one thing's for sure: we'll be back! So yes, when we saw the crowd outside the chip shop, we hesitated between staying and leaving, but we have absolutely no regrets about staying! She cooks and serves alone, and in addition to a warm welcome, the burgers and fries were truly delicious. A real chip shop, just the way we like them, with really fresh fries. See you very soon! 🥰
