05/10/2026: It's a wonderful, authentic restaurant with an old-world atmosphere and impeccable service. Everything is designed for a relaxing stay. All the dishes were delicious and perfectly prepared.

16/09/2026: It has been our favorite restaurant for several years. Excellent cuisine, unique rustic interior decor, and an authentic fireplace with real logs that creates a warm atmosphere. The service is impeccable: white linen tablecloths and napkins, embroidered placemats, porcelain tableware, and a candlestick at each table. On sunny days, we particularly enjoy the shaded terrace. The owner and his team are attentive and very professional.

Discovering incredible flavors: I usually never eat fish skin, but at "La Harde des Saveurs" it was crispy (very good) and the fish flesh tender, an excellent contrast and a sublime flavor. The same goes for the tomato and pea desserts: successful and surprising desserts. We are always amazed by the explanations of the menu and the work put into it. We feel the passion for creating exceptional dishes. Go there, you won't be disappointed: everything is fresh.

10/10/2026: Passing through in our campervan and visiting the ramparts, we found a superb restaurant with a warm welcome, excellent food, very good wine, and superb seafood sauerkraut, etc… an address to remember, we'll be back

02/10/2026: A solid restaurant, the food was good, but there were also a few points that were less than ideal. Such as: no amuse-bouche with the aperitif, and we were finished with the aperitif, starter, and main course after an hour (dinner on Friday evening). The three wines by the glass were average and were overshadowed by the rich flavors of the razor clams, squid and shrimp croquette, calf's liver, and tuna tataki. But regarding the food, there is little to complain about.

27/09/2026: We entrusted Mr. and Mrs. Berthe with preparing a complete takeaway menu for 35 people to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary at home with an Italian theme. They rose to the challenge: the Italian meal was excellent (appetizers, main course, cheese, and desserts). The guests appreciated the quality of the ingredients. Not only were the quantities perfectly calculated, but Mr. Berthe also ensured that everything was convenient for serving and reheating the main course. They listened carefully and provided a perfectly tailored response to our requests. This successful event has made us eager to experience his culinary talent at his restaurant. Personally, I love truffles, and the lamb shank with truffles was divine! The owner and Bastien, the waiter, provide top-notch service, very attentive to our drink suggestions, and kudos to the chefs for their excellent work.

I appreciated the quality of the food, the elegant presentation, the professionalism, and the kindness of the entire Bistronome team. These impressions were shared by all my guests.
