07/09/2026: A lovely restaurant with excellent, attentive service. The staff were particularly accommodating when it came to the dietary requirements of our group. Three of us were coeliac, and one was also vegetarian. As there wasn’t a gluten-free vegetarian dish on the menu, the kitchen kindly prepared a special dish, which was greatly appreciated. They also appeared to have a good selection of wines, champagnes and other drinks, although we didn’t try the wines ourselves. One member of our group had a cocktail and enjoyed it. We were staying overnight in Calais, and the restaurant was definitely worth the short drive out of the city. A very enjoyable experience, and somewhere we’d happily recommend.

25/04/2026: It's difficult to rate the food since I had steak tartare... The pavlova drizzled with juniper liqueur from Cambrai is an excellent idea. The garden is a lovely place to relax during your meal. Worth remembering. ______________________________________ I remembered and I came back! It's always so pleasant to have lunch in the garden... The welcome and service were excellent, with a young, attentive, courteous, and smiling waiter. This time I tried a cooked dish (pork tenderloin), which I thoroughly enjoyed, and finished with the lemon tart. Thank you to the Bistronome team! I promise, I'll gladly come back.

11/04/2026: The food is excellent, and for our meal we had a modern take on Welsh rarebit and fish with yuzu sauce – a real treat! The service was impeccable. I highly recommend it.

17/08/2026: Excellent idea indeed, to have recommended this restaurant! Just steps from the Great Napoleon Column, this restaurant is a gem! The setting is lovely, the welcome too, and we thoroughly enjoyed a delicious Welsh rarebit, the best we've had in a long time; and for me, a truly divine Napoleon sundae!! A place to remember without hesitation!!

16/08/2026: The restaurant is nice, with a few tables, a neighborhood feel. The staff is very friendly. I recommend trying the meat dishes, which are very good and well-prepared. However, I personally ordered the two-salmon pasta, which wasn't worth it: pasta with just cream and a slice of smoked salmon cut into three pieces, along with a piece of fresh salmon—it was very bland. The rest of the meal, on the other hand, was good. The Aperol Spritzes are €7, and for that alone, it's worth it.

30/08/2026: As always, delicious and a very warm welcome. Discovering incredible flavors: I usually never eat fish skin, but at "La Harde des Saveurs" it was crispy (very good) and the fish flesh tender, an excellent contrast and a sublime flavor. The same goes for the tomato and pea desserts: successful and surprising desserts. We are always amazed by the explanations of the menu and the work put into it. We feel the passion for creating exceptional dishes. Go there, you won't be disappointed: everything is fresh.

21/08/2026: The setting and welcome were very nice, and the concept was original. However, we were disappointed by a very low-quality rosé at €8, and for dessert, an equally low-quality plum with a cream that was anything but delicate, containing a few crushed pieces of biscuit. The chocolate mousse was very average, drenched in unnecessary oil. Unsatisfactory value for money.

18/08/2026: I found this restaurant through an app that calculates calories from photos. This passion fruit cocktail was light and perfect for my lunch break. The service was efficient.

11/08/2026: Everything is perfect: the atmosphere, the quality of the products, the culinary expertise, the service. Since it opened, every time we're in Le Touquet, we come at least once.

28/07/2026: Wedding of July 25, 2026. Everything was perfect, and we wanted to thank you for your professionalism. From the menus and the organization of the cocktail hour and reception, to the setting, the setup for our secular ceremony, and the linens, everything was perfect from beginning to end. Our guests simply loved the garden, the reception hall, and the food. We were very demanding and anxious because, for us, everything had to be perfect, and it was. Everything was done to ensure the reception lived up to our expectations. The menu, the service—our guests, and especially our son, were delighted, all in an idyllic setting.
