10/08/2026: ...everything was good...well, no...very, very, very good...we discovered their Thai-style shrimp tempura...a delight! For our main courses, we had a piece of red meat (cooked to perfection) and a pollock tataki...nothing to complain about...very reasonable prices, impeccable service, and generous portions...🌸🌸🌸

25/04/2026: It's difficult to rate the food since I had steak tartare... The pavlova drizzled with juniper liqueur from Cambrai is an excellent idea. The garden is a lovely place to relax during your meal. Worth remembering. ______________________________________ I remembered and I came back! It's always so pleasant to have lunch in the garden... The welcome and service were excellent, with a young, attentive, courteous, and smiling waiter. This time I tried a cooked dish (pork tenderloin), which I thoroughly enjoyed, and finished with the lemon tart. Thank you to the Bistronome team! I promise, I'll gladly come back.

11/04/2026: The food is excellent, and for our meal we had a modern take on Welsh rarebit and fish with yuzu sauce – a real treat! The service was impeccable. I highly recommend it.

17/08/2026: Excellent idea indeed, to have recommended this restaurant! Just steps from the Great Napoleon Column, this restaurant is a gem! The setting is lovely, the welcome too, and we thoroughly enjoyed a delicious Welsh rarebit, the best we've had in a long time; and for me, a truly divine Napoleon sundae!! A place to remember without hesitation!!

16/08/2026: The restaurant is nice, with a few tables, a neighborhood feel. The staff is very friendly. I recommend trying the meat dishes, which are very good and well-prepared. However, I personally ordered the two-salmon pasta, which wasn't worth it: pasta with just cream and a slice of smoked salmon cut into three pieces, along with a piece of fresh salmon—it was very bland. The rest of the meal, on the other hand, was good. The Aperol Spritzes are €7, and for that alone, it's worth it.

Discovering incredible flavors: I usually never eat fish skin, but at "La Harde des Saveurs" it was crispy (very good) and the fish flesh tender, an excellent contrast and a sublime flavor. The same goes for the tomato and pea desserts: successful and surprising desserts. We are always amazed by the explanations of the menu and the work put into it. We feel the passion for creating exceptional dishes. Go there, you won't be disappointed: everything is fresh.

05/08/2026: We enjoyed an excellent burger, impeccably served by a friendly team. I chose a chicken burger with Cantal cheese, served with coleslaw. I will definitely be back soon to enjoy the perfectly situated terrace again.

I absolutely don't regret going into this little restaurant, which is very friendly and welcoming, with quality food. A big thank you!

08/08/2026: We celebrated our wedding anniversary last night at Restaurant des Arts, and everything was perfect from beginning to end. The welcome was warm, and the food was as beautiful as it was delicious. Between the exquisitely presented steak tartare with its edible flowers, the perfectly cooked frog legs in parsley sauce, and the main courses with crisp seasonal vegetables, we were in heaven. One special touch truly touched us: the chocolate inscriptions, "Pure happiness!" with a little heart, on our dessert plates to mark the occasion. It's the kind of detail that makes all the difference. A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.

21/08/2026: The setting and welcome were very nice, and the concept was original. However, we were disappointed by a very low-quality rosé at €8, and for dessert, an equally low-quality plum with a cream that was anything but delicate, containing a few crushed pieces of biscuit. The chocolate mousse was very average, drenched in unnecessary oil. Unsatisfactory value for money.

11/08/2026: Everything is perfect: the atmosphere, the quality of the products, the culinary expertise, the service. Since it opened, every time we're in Le Touquet, we come at least once.
