11/06/2026: We came to eat this Tuesday, June 9, 2026. We originally wanted to order the all-you-can-eat grill, but they were out of stock due to poor inventory management. We ordered two flank steaks with shallots, and there was a small, or rather a big, problem: the flank steak wasn't rare and there was no shallot sauce. If you're not cut out for managing inventory, you should change careers (the flank steak was cold). My in-laws ordered a pasta carbonara, which took a very long time to be served. They cooked the pasta in front of us, which is unacceptable. Around 8:30 pm, an employee was cleaning in front of the customers, kneeling and standing on the counter, removing the extractor hoods, while the manager laughed at the situation. Great for hygiene! 💪 The health and safety inspectors should pay a visit; this is becoming increasingly unacceptable. (HSE) And the labor inspectorate should also come. Don't hesitate to keep driving customers away and ruining your revenue. I can't be as kind as you are. If management could drop by incognito in the evening, that would be really helpful because it's a party and things are getting completely out of hand. So, we won't be back, that's for sure... I sincerely hope you can look at yourselves in the mirror at night and question everything, knowing that the food is probably leftovers from the day before. Taking it back is forbidden.
