25/06/2026: If you love good rib-eye steak, cider, and succulent fries cooked in duck fat, you've come to the right place. Great atmosphere, Basque songs, and super cool waiters dressed somewhere between hipster from the 11th arrondissement and traditional Basque. The cider is bottomless, so your designated driver is likely to be as hungry as your stomach, the portions are so generous. The fries, rib-eye steak, and cider combo is simply unbeatable. Don't spread the word too much, I don't want it to get too crowded.
