07/10/2026: Judging by the other reviews, the chef must have been out or having a really bad day. The appetizer was alright, the fish acceptable, but the lamb in overcooked, under-seasoned, overcooked vegetables was a complete disaster. And it wasn't just the food that was bad: the bread was stale from the day before, which is unacceptable. A real shame, we expected so much more. This review refers only to the restaurant; we did not stay at the hotel.

01/10/2026: A wonderful experience for our birthday celebration last night. We were delighted. The cuisine was exquisite and delicate. The welcome was warm, friendly, and unpretentious. Thank you, Madam, for your excellent advice on both the dishes and the wines, and thank you to the chef for his delicious cooking. It's a wonderful place, and we would be delighted to return if the opportunity arises, even though we live quite far away. Thank you again for this lovely and delicious birthday evening, especially in such a pleasant and charming setting. S and B Frannais
