28/08/2026: The setting is calm and pleasant, the servers very kind and friendly, but we were terribly disappointed with the food. The mussels were literally cold, barely washed, half-closed, and the few that were open were overcooked. Even though our kind server offered us another pot of mussels, we didn't want to take any chances with seafood. A real shame.

27/09/2026: Very disappointed!!! Since COVID, the staff has largely changed (except for the owner, who is still very helpful and friendly). So, my wife and I each ordered one starter (gratinated mussels for me and razor clams for my wife). Both starters were very good, just like before. The razor clams were spotless! Congratulations, as it's not often you find knives like that elsewhere.
BUT, where things really went downhill was with the main courses: very small portions and, what's more... lukewarm... very lukewarm... For me: the grilled calamari: 3 tiny calamari lost in the LARGE PLATE... it used to be more generous! The same for my wife with the monkfish and chorizo: 2 small medallions of monkfish, and not even the best parts of the monkfish.
We each had a glass of white wine. A 33cl bottle of Monaco liqueur and a 33cl single draft beer. And a carafe of water.
No dessert OR coffee because it had put us in a... less than ideal mood.
Total of €94... TOO EXPENSIVE for this quality. My wife and I were very disappointed.
It's a shame because we live nearby...
05/09/2026: Today's Amparo is nothing like it used to be. I know it must be difficult given the circumstances.
The quality is still there, and the servers are still very friendly. But the bill is steep. A trilogy at €32 seems very expensive compared to the selection they used to offer. Two scoops of ice cream cost €6, and they ordered the wrong flavor. Our aperitif was served at the same time as our main course. The server corrected it when we asked. There was also an initial mistake with the amount of wine in the bottle. I think it just wasn't our day. Anyway, we still had a good evening.

What a shame for such a simple dish! The restaurant lacked atmosphere.
Beware of construction work nearby!
There will be construction noise!
12/09/2026: We came on a whim, the waiter and the atmosphere with the singers were perfect. We'll be back next year on the same date. Bravo to the lobster!

23/08/2024: Nous avions testé les moules frites de l'Alizé à l'automne 2023 et on avait bien aimé....Ce soir d'août 2024, ça a été tout autre chose !
Service très long et pas du tout professionnel. Gros manque d'organisation et d'efficacité. 2 apéritifs de 5 et 10 cl commandés, 2 verres identiques servis. Moules et sauces à la fois chauds et froids dans la même marmite, certaines trop cuites, d'autres à peine...
De nombreux clients se sont plaints voire fâchés avec le patron qui visiblement ne se maîtrise pas toujours, ni son métier d'ailleurs...
Le personnel a beau être gentil, ça ne fait pas tout, on s'est sauvés sans prendre de dessert...
Il faut absolument revoir le fonctionnement !

09/08/2026: This snack bar is to be avoided at all costs, even as a last resort. There was absolutely no communication between the woman taking the order and those serving.
4 burgers, 1 pizza, 4 tenders, 1 potato—a complete disaster! The tenders were forgotten, the pizza was barely cooked, the burger was barely recognizable, and the potato was ordered and paid for but didn't exist...
Sometimes it's better to offer fewer services but of higher quality. 1 star because it's the lowest possible rating.
15/05/2026: Stayed at the campsite for a week.
Honestly, the food is quite good, but the service leaves much to be desired.
The servers were completely lost, even clueless.
The wait was incredibly long.
To top it all off, on the last day, we were told the system had changed and that reservations were now required. They let us in anyway, but after more than 30 minutes, they hadn't even taken our drinks order, so we left.
Above all, don't rely on the campsite's app, which is completely unreliable for menus.
In short, the food is okay, but everything else was a complete disaster.
