13/09/2024: While passing through, I was told good things about this restaurant which doesn't look like much. As other people may describe it, it's a bit of an old-fashioned restaurant. We find people there who work at midday. It seems to me that booking wouldn't be a bad thing because there were people there. The menu is simple, effective and the service is good. In case of large tables, you may have to wait a little, however.

28/07/2024: Ordering a pork dish and steamed appetizers, the quantity/price ratio is simply shameful. 17€ for a half slice, and 14€ for a few bites which don't even represent a real starter. Could it be because we ordered takeout? Either way, it's a real disappointment.

Main course starter formula: 17.90, a glass of Les Sources de la Marine wine 3.90 and 1 espresso at 1.80 at my place makes: 23.60. Well with them it’s 27.70. I didn't say anything about the cost even though I found the bill steep. But when I came back I did my accounts again and.... First time with you but the last.... And I'm not difficult...

11/08/2024: Pour un anniversaire spécial, j'avais décidé de lui offrir une croisière de 5h30, agrémentée de quelques options, pour un montant d'environ 222€. Une belle expérience en perspective, du moins en apparence. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été confrontés à un premier désagrément : notre nom ne figurait pas sur la liste des réservations. Une erreur peut toujours survenir, mais la manière dont cela a été géré laisse à désirer. On nous a demandé à quatre reprises de prouver que nous avions bien réservé, tout en nous demandant de patienter. Premier accroc. On nous a installés à une première table, puis déplacés à une seconde sans explication. Quant à la croisière en elle-même, elle offre une belle opportunité de découvrir et d'apprécier le riche patrimoine de Lyon depuis la Saône. Un moment agréable, mais entaché par une organisation défaillante. La nourriture servie à bord est de bonne qualité, mais les portions sont assez limitées. Le personnel, quant à lui, manque de professionnalisme. Par exemple, ils ont retiré nos verres alors que nous n’avions pas fini. Concernant le forfait anniversaire, celui-ci comprenait une coupe de champagne et une bougie servie au moment du dessert. À notre grande surprise, le champagne nous a été apporté alors que nous avions déjà terminé notre dessert. De plus, bien que le forfait Bellecour incluait le café, on a tenté de nous le facturer, sous prétexte d'une erreur. La croisière de 5h30 se déroule le dimanche, avec une escale d'une heure à Neuville-sur-Saône. Cependant, les commerces étant fermés ce jour-là, il serait peut-être plus judicieux de réserver un samedi. À notre retour sur le bateau, nous avons souhaité commander des boissons fraîches, mais avons dû patienter en raison d'un retard du personnel. Compte tenu du tarif pratiqué, nous nous attendions à un service de qualité. Malheureusement, le personnel n'était pas à la hauteur, ce qui a considérablement gâché l'expérience.

19/07/2024: Setting, staff and meals very appreciated during our romantic evening. The only big problem is the people who have no know-how. I spent 2 hours cruising with a group screaming in my ears. Finding myself right behind them, I suffered so as not to cause a scandal. The situation was visible to the staff and I regret that we were not offered an alternative... I point out that there were many other tables available....So my experience was ruined and despite the good meal, I keep a bitter taste.
