30/04/2026: Excellent experience at L'Alexandrin with my partner. It was our first time at this restaurant, and we left with a fantastic experience. I had the foie gras as a starter, and my partner had the scallops. For our main courses, we had the beef and poultry, and for dessert, the lemon and coconut passion fruit. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. The only slight criticism I could make was about the lemon; I found the pieces of lemon very acidic and the aftertaste quite lingered. But we were very surprised by the exceptional sweetness of the pear sorbet (I think it was pear). In short, I didn't like asparagus when I went in, and my partner didn't like scallops, but L'Alexandrin rose to the challenge and made us enjoy something we don't usually like. Hats off to them! Furthermore, the service was superb, and the wine recommendations were excellent! You can be sure we'll be back this year!

18/04/2026: A delightful experience in a truly lovely setting. The appetizers were excellent, with varied textures and distinct flavors that were wonderfully combined. The pork pluma was melt-in-your-mouth tender and delicious. The desserts were clearly made by a pastry chef, as they were very original, beautiful, and delicious. The service was very pleasant, and the value for money was excellent; you can dine almost like you would in a fine-dining restaurant, but at a more affordable price. Well done and thank you, 101! We'll be back!

14/02/2026: What an incredible discovery! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance… and wow! The welcome was exceptionally kind, warm, and genuine, making us feel instantly at home. And then there was the food… absolutely FABULOUS! 🤩 Refined, flavorful, creative, and perfectly executed dishes. Each bite is an explosion of taste, a true culinary journey. You can taste the passion and talent in every plate. Clearly a huge favorite, the very best! To be honest, I almost want to keep this wonderful place a secret… but it would be too unfair not to share it!

30/04/2026: Excellent pollack with crayfish sauce. Refined cuisine. Very warm welcome and service. Small, friendly restaurant. Expect to pay 25 to 30 euros for a main course.

25/04/2026: This was the best meal of my trip to France. The restaurant is small and non descript from the outside, but the food is top tier. I had a five course menu with two glasses of wine, and spent less than $70! There are at least two choices with each course, and different levels of menu. I believe it is Michelin Bib Gourmand rated. It is in the Part Dieu area, not the Lyon hot spot, but worth a trip no matter where you're staying!

24/03/2026: The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout the meal. The quenelle was amazing, by far the best. All the dishes were generous, and we wanted for nothing! They also had a good wine list, and we're delighted every time we come!

18/04/2026: The only downside was the wait. However, the food was excellent. Everything was made with fresh ingredients, and the hamburger was cooked to a perfect 10/10. The prawns were more like shrimp, but still very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The wife and husband were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend it.
