Service by 1st year so some errors. You have to start well, but the students are supervised.
Complete meal = starter, main course, dessert, wine and coffee 25 euros.

We were in a group for this occasion, so group menu, but if you decide to come with friends or as a couple, etc., we will offer you a choice of 2 starters, 2 main courses and desserts.
I recommend this restaurant to have an excellent time and encourage this restaurant of application located in the countryside.
Large parking lot and digestive walk possible after the meal....

28/11/2023: I just spent 4 nights there during the Solutrans trade show in Lyon.
180 euros per night is expensive, but during trade fair periods it has become normal to vary the rates.
The hotel deserves its number of stars, neither more nor less.
This is more than enough for a business trip.
So why 5 stars???
The simple and authentic welcome of the staff and the service.
(There was a sign on the counter inviting you to leave a good rating in order to get 8/10 on a famous review site 🤣)

Management not accommodating, over-invoicing and unpleasant surprises at the end of the stay
