I want to clarify that this review concerns the older gentleman, without glasses and of short stature, and not the other waiter, who is, on the contrary, very kind and welcoming.
This morning, in the middle of a heatwave, I simply asked for a glass of water. Instead of bothering to pour it properly, he gave me a tiny glass of water that seemed to have already been poured. Frankly, I find that particularly unacceptable, especially in this heat.
A minimum of attention and consideration towards customers, even for a simple request for water, seems like the very least one could expect. Luckily, the other person at the bar is much more pleasant.

Everything is impeccable, from the bread to the pastries, and the cakes are excellent, worthy of a top chef—not too sweet, and the creams are magnificent.
The pastry chef is an artist.
Thank you and congratulations to this excellent new establishment.
Even the simple brioche with chocolate chips has a decadent chocolate filling.
