13/02/2026: A Michelin-starred restaurant at this price is definitely worth the trip. However, some aspects could be improved, such as the unpleasant smell in the changing rooms and the possibility of a more generous side dish for the meat. BUT at this price, that's really nitpicking. Personally, I would have liked a visit from the chef at the end of service to chat with him… so, we'll have to come back another time.

07/02/2026: It was a wonderful time spent at this inn. I started with a massage, which was excellent. Then I discovered the 8-course tasting menu with different wines. The quality of the ingredients was exceptional, accompanied by truly superb service. Thank you to Chef Romain for this wonderful experience and to all his staff. A very good place to stay; I highly recommend it. Daniel Mainaud
