14/05/2024: In the rush I didn't look at the reviews, as I had paid for my two nights I couldn't cancel them I'm still in shock 😮 on the mattress protection there was period blood 🥺 really l the hotel is very dilapidated, I showed the photos I had taken to the person at reception, she was very embarrassed, I told her it was just not possible, she simply replied that she would ask for the mattress to be changed. , I asked her why the hotel is in such a state and that the photos put on the site are simply false and do not reflect reality. She told me that the “bosses” refused to do any work. The only positive point is that the staff is very welcoming and the breakfast is OK. But never again at campanile Mr. owners, stop scamming people, you know very well that your establishment is falling into ruin, you still manage to pluck a few pigeons like me because I had not read the reviews, you say that you regret that the stays went badly pass you don't seem to understand I call it a scam

13/05/2024: To flee ! Despite a charming woman at the reception who was totally clueless and deserved a better establishment. I can understand that an establishment is “old” but I cannot turn a blind eye to hygiene! I have never seen such a filthy hotel! Toilet with faecal traces, several suspicious stains and hairs in room two, dust everywhere, stale water in the kettle, stains in the bed sheets with hairs, broken furniture, light above the bed falling from the wall, gaping hole in the bedroom wall. In short, we had to cancel the room once there for obvious reasons with the reservation of a new, much more serious establishment which gave us additional costs at the last minute, since then we have still had no news of our promised reimbursement from the reception ! The customer experience does not seem to be their priority, strange for a so-called three-star hotel….. I am unfortunately forced to call France customer service which I hope is better!
