15/07/2026: We wanted to start our vacation with a charcuterie and cheese board on the north side of the restaurant... and two cocktails. The charcuterie board was served with six mini pieces of "Beaufort" cheese, three pieces of cured ham, two slices of sausage, four gherkins, and three slices of Bündnerfleisch (air-dried beef). There was no butter included, so we had to go back inside and ask for napkins, which are essential for eating with your hands on a platter. At €20 for the board, it's outrageous... In short, avoid it to save yourself the same disappointment we experienced.

Much more expensive than some places that are much better located and have better service.
They're enjoying themselves more than their customers.
23/04/2026: We had booked for 10 people for 3 days before the restaurant closed. When the (incredibly arrogant) waitress came to take our orders, she simply told us that there were only 3 fondues left. The staff was incredibly dishonest, as they should have mentioned this when we made the reservation by phone, especially since the restaurant is supposed to serve Savoyard specialties… This same waitress then mocked us as we were leaving, laughing and saying "unbelievable." In short, dishonest and disrespectful staff; avoid this place!

05/04/2026: Meh! Apart from the location (right on the slopes), everything else is mediocre! A lasagna with two sheets of pasta and a spoonful of Bolognese sauce, a hard and barely filled croque monsieur, and burnt fries... The value for money is disappointing.

15/04/2026: Very warm welcome, friendly and helpful staff. We ordered a mixed platter to share, and it was excellent.

25/02/2026: There were six of us, and we were lucky to have booked the day before. The welcome and service were impeccable, and all the dishes were excellent (the porcini mushroom sauce was amazing!). A lovely mountain atmosphere; hikers cross paths with or join skiers, and it's accessible even to beginners. Don't change a thing! And don't give in to the trend of deafening music! You'll always have delighted customers!

18/07/2026: We went there several times during our week-long holiday. We were always warmly welcomed, with much-appreciated touches and varied, delicious, and generous €25 set menus. The service was quick and impeccable.
We will gladly return next year.

06/08/2024: Accueil satisfaisant. Toutefois, nous avons commandé deux sirops à l’eau et nous sommes retrouvés avec 2 verres d’eau à peine teintés de sirop pour 6 € 40… Exagéré !

27/08/2024: Super endroit pour y passer un excellent moment. De plus le patron est très commerçant suite à une incompréhension ou une erreur de ma part lors de la commande du vin celui-ci m'a fait un geste commercial plus que sympathique.

Après comparaison, les prix les moins élevés de la station.
Bon repas, avons mangé un me fondue Savoyarde pour 3, accompagnement charcuterie et salade suffisants.

Mais si seulement, les plats étaient à la hauteur de la vue !
Les plats manque de quantité (Escaloppe) (Frites) (Fromage)….
Les desserts sont petits
Les prix sont un peu élevés en vu de la quantité
Dommage qu’il n’y ai que grandes tables aucune table de 2 en extérieur !
Peu de personnel pour que l’endroit soit plus chaleureux

23/03/2024: Quand on voyage en solo, certains établissements rechignent à vous donner une table (Établissement dans la même station au bout des pistes par exemple). Au Chalet, non.
Accueil souriant, sympathique. Même presque au complet, ils m'ont toujours trouvé une solution. J'y suis revenu plusieurs fois sur ma semaine. Service au top !! Sourire, rapidité (sans non plus vous expédier) et attention discrète.
Niveau cuisine, pas de surprise: carte de montagne classique. Mais les produits etaient frais et cuisinés. Un plat s'est détaché malgré tout: la poitrine de porc sauce barbecue.
Merci pour ces bons moments, je reviendrai.
22/03/2024: Came to this restaurant on a half board basis. Service and food was amazing. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Would definitely return. Even made us breakfast pack lunch at short notice as leaving very early next morning. Great.

05/04/2024: Prima restaurant: lekkere gegeten (kaasfondue en raclette), kindvriendelijk met kindermenu en voldoende ruimte, zeer vriendelijke bediening en een mooi uitzicht op de piste.
03/04/2024: Ik twijfel of hier een chef aanwezig was.
Eten was verschrikkelijk: steak is hetzelfde als hamburger , zelfs saus is hopeloos: mayonaise is vort , ketchup was tomaat saus.
Zelfs de witte wijn was ondrinkbaar, een zoete witte wijn ipv een droge witte wijn.
Blijf hier weg !
