And a big shout-out to Enzo in the kitchen, who truly masters his craft! His cuisine is simple, generous, and full of flavor, without trying too hard, but with lots of little touches you don't usually find elsewhere. That's precisely what makes the dishes so interesting and enjoyable. We savored every bite! The place is warm and inviting, the team is lovely, and the atmosphere is truly convivial. You can tell they genuinely want their customers to have a great time. Thank you to all four of you for this wonderful experience. A fantastic discovery in Plagne Soleil, and definitely a place we'll be returning to with great pleasure! 🔥🏔️❤️

26/04/2026: A small restaurant with a pleasant, traditional atmosphere. The cheese and charcuterie are good quality, although it's possible to find better, which is a shame. The service is very attentive. The tables are a little too close together. The homemade desserts are definitely worth trying. In short, a very nice little restaurant to visit; it's not perfect, but I highly recommend it, and we will gladly return.

24/07/2026: Excellent. We wanted to get away from the lakeside for a meal. We were so glad we did because we stumbled upon this brasserie in the center of Le Bourget. A very warm welcome, very friendly, and above all, EXCELLENT food. We thoroughly enjoyed the small fried fish and real fries. Very generous portions. I highly recommend it.

21/08/2026: We were looking for a restaurant for two in Aix-les-Bains and, after reading the many positive reviews for L’Évasion, we decided to make a reservation. And we were so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease. Seated on the terrace, we appreciated the calm and pleasant atmosphere, despite the nearby foot traffic. The service was very professional, attentive, and efficient. As for the food, it was excellent: refined, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes. A wonderful discovery and a place we highly recommend. Definitely worth trying if you're ever in Aix-les-Bains.

14/08/2026: Always perfect. I come once a year and wish I could come more often. Four-star service; the owner is incredibly kind. The food is always a delight, something out of the ordinary. An exceptional experience that I highly recommend. And they also have a delicious white wine, Pakhus.

18/07/2026: The place has been recently renovated with care and taste: it's warm and bright. Everything has been carefully chosen: the magnificent knives from a local artisan, the quality tableware. The original decor, the comfortable seating, the perfectly sized tables, the flooring, the view, the wine cellar, the small lounge... As for the food, Romain knows how to work with herbs (nurtured by Anaïs) and enhance their flavor in every way. The meal is a succession of succulent dishes made primarily with local produce, and a feast for the eyes as well. The wines are perfectly chosen. The service is impeccable. In addition, we were touched by a small gesture for our birthday. What more can I say... a truly excellent restaurant in a beautiful setting!

14/09/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time at Maison Michaud. The setting is simply idyllic, on the banks of the Fier River, with a beautiful view of the garden. The restaurant is magnificent and perfectly blends tradition and modernity with great taste. The cuisine is a real success: refined and elegant, yet unpretentious. The ingredients are fresh, local, and seasonal, with some even coming directly from the garden. You can feel the genuine care given to the ingredients and the precision of the dishes. The service is also top-notch: attentive, responsive, and warm, while perfectly matching the high standards of the cuisine. The staff is present just the right amount, contributing fully to the enjoyment of the meal. We also had the pleasure of staying in one of their guest rooms, which was very pleasant, comfortable, and perfectly in keeping with the spirit of the place. A lovely way to extend the experience and fully appreciate this magnificent setting. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end and had a wonderful time.
