23/05/2026: Despite our regular visits, even last night there were new flavors and textures... a particular favorite was the asparagus, the veal, and the strawberry/rhubarb/verbena. Thank you.
22/05/2026: What a wonderful experience eating at this restaurant! Everything is delicious, refined, and expertly prepared. They serve dishes we're not used to, and they're absolutely fantastic. Plus, the mountain views are magnificent! I highly recommend it 😋
