Our party of thirteen guests, spanning all generations (children and the elderly), was transported by a five-hour experience, from 7:00 p.m. to midnight, in an atmosphere of rare distinction. The service was, in every respect, exemplary. The staff, exquisitely courteous and ever-attentive, met our every expectation with effortless elegance. The residence impresses with its splendor: its generous proportions allow for lavish receptions while offering the refined comfort necessary for an intimate tête-à-tête. The true highlight of the evening lay in the cuisine. One should entrust the culinary creations with absolute confidence to Chef Giliams, who possesses the art of elevating every moment through highly technical cuisine. I have an unforgettable memory of that lemony taste, whose unique flavor and aromatic complexity seemed to suspend time (was there an Asian influence?). The generous portions will dispel any doubts even for those who might fear the austerity of haute cuisine; here, satiety is combined with the very essence of taste. Ultimately, this prestigious establishment owes its renown solely to the word-of-mouth recommendations of its patrons, which is the surest guarantee of its excellence.
