10/05/2026: As long-time customers of Domaine de Bellevue, we have unfortunately noticed a decline over time, both in service and in the quality of the facilities. We feel that the commercial aspect is now taking precedence over the quality of the welcome and the customer experience. The spa was quite dirty: the bin hadn't been emptied after the previous guests, the toilets were dirty, and the floor was covered in hair (photos available). Furthermore, we spent over €500 for our visit as a family of three. Since afternoon tea wasn't served until 6:00 PM, we asked if it would be possible to each have a small cookie with our glass of champagne while we waited. The brunch cookies were still on the table, the plate was full, and there were no other guests, but we were refused. We found this particularly unprofessional and quite disappointing. Also, during our afternoon tea, the hot chocolate was actually just flavorless hot milk, and we were refused a cappuccino because the waitress didn't know how to make one… The massages, however, were very good. It's a shame, because we've always enjoyed coming to this establishment, but this experience unfortunately no longer reflects the standard and quality of service we were used to.

The staff are kind, professional, attentive, and generous, not to mention the creativity and talent of the chefs in both the kitchen and pastry shop... A feast for the eyes and the palate... an address not to be missed, whether for family gatherings, get-togethers with friends, or for seminars and corporate events. I highly recommend Domaine de Bellevue!

From the moment we answered the phone, we sensed that the staff were motivated, very pleasant, and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and presentation of the dishes. The food was of exceptional quality, a wonderful culinary discovery, and our taste buds were delighted. The service was worthy of a top-tier restaurant. The chef was very attentive and took the time beforehand to inquire about each customer's allergies and dietary preferences. The waitress clearly loves her job, and it shows in the presentation of each dish. She was very friendly, pleasant, and attentive. The ambiance, charm, and decor were all perfect. At the end of the meal, the chef personally came to chat with his guests. A truly beautiful and excellent restaurant that deserves its first Michelin star. I highly recommend it. We will gladly return.

The residence impresses with its splendor: its generous proportions allow for lavish receptions while offering the refined comfort necessary for an intimate tête-à-tête. The true highlight of the evening lay in the cuisine. One should entrust the culinary creations with absolute confidence to Chef Giliams, who possesses the art of elevating every moment through highly technical cuisine. I have an unforgettable memory of that lemony taste, whose unique flavor and aromatic complexity seemed to suspend time (was there an Asian influence?). The generous portions will dispel any doubts even for those who might fear the austerity of haute cuisine; here, satiety is combined with the very essence of taste. Ultimately, this prestigious establishment owes its renown solely to the word-of-mouth recommendations of its patrons, which is the surest guarantee of its excellence. You'll want to try every galette on the menu. There's a wide variety to choose from: from classic Breton galettes to more original flavors like the Indian galette, and even a more local option featuring honey from the Château de Fontainebleau. The taste is fantastic; the galettes and crêpes are delicious! Highly recommended!

14/05/2026: An incredible culinary experience this evening with my husband, whom I invited to discover this place for our wedding anniversary. We were delighted by the explosion of flavors in each dish. It was a delight from appetizer to dessert. Even the homemade bread was delicious! One small drawback, however: my daughter is vegetarian, so I won't be able to take her there as no dishes are offered without animal protein 🤷‍♀️
