21/07/2026: Having been a regular for quite some time now, I won't be going back. The food hasn't been the same for months. Everything is overcooked, and the desserts are the worst. The cookies used to be excellent, but now they're just like toast. They were already the most expensive in the city center; it was still worth it before, but now it's a real rip-off. It's shameful to sell this to people.
I'm not actually shocked by the negative reviews. The atmosphere, the service, the staff—it's never good enough, and now even the food isn't up to scratch. You need to take a good look at yourselves.

28/07/2026: I'm very disappointed with my purchase. I paid €10 for a poke bowl that ended up in the bin after just one spoonful. The rice was extremely dry, tasteless, and the whole thing was really bland. So I wasted €10 on an inedible meal. In this kind of situation, a gesture of goodwill, like a refund or a voucher, would seem to be the very least they could do. When a customer pays for a product they can't eat, it's normal to expect some kind of compensation. Without any solution, we unfortunately feel like we've paid for nothing.
07/07/2026: Cold welcome, sloppy service (salad shaken before being put in the bag), bread roll charged but not given. Tasteless salad, undercooked rice. Offered a drink that wasn't included in the set menu. Cold drink served without ice and at room temperature. Avoid at all costs!

13/07/2026: Frankly, the waiter was very unpleasant; he rolled his eyes at every question and request. Half of our food arrived at 10:40 PM, and we're still waiting for the other half. He even tried to be Channing Tatum, doing breakdancing moves. Unprofessional and unprofessional.
12/07/2026: I won't be going back there. Since the change of ownership, everything has gone downhill. All the menu prices have gone up (€12.50 for a piña colada). If the quality had been there, I would have understood, but the cocktails were frankly mediocre. As for the service, even though the restaurant wasn't even half full, we experienced slow service with numerous mistakes. The worst was when I specified a severe food allergy to the waiter, who clearly didn't take it into account because he brought me the dish with the allergen still in it. Luckily, I checked, otherwise I would have ended up in the hospital. There was no apology from him, and he showed complete indifference. It's a shame; we used to come here regularly, but this place is no longer worth the trip.

28/07/2026: When we arrived, there was nothing to eat—no appetizer, no dessert, no cheese—because the fridge was out of order (LOL). At 8:30 PM, the restaurant closed because there was nothing left to eat—no more chicken. For us, no more lasagna. They offered to exchange our dish for another, a hamburger, free of charge, but the cashier made a scene because there was a €1 difference in price. Her colleague had told us to exchange it for a different dish. I paid them. But she forgot to give me the new receipt for the hamburger. And when I went back to get it, she called me a thief and demanded I show her all my business receipts. Oh yeah, no ketchup (LOL). After a 25-minute wait, I went to ask where my hamburger was with my pager. I was told there was also a problem with the beeper, so my steak wasn't cooked... anyway, there's too much to say about this deplorable situation, like a complete lack of consideration for the customer. They work quietly, you shouldn't bother them. I'll keep my card for other Flunch restaurants. But for this one, you really should avoid it; the cleanliness is questionable. Several other customers had problems around us that evening. I asked for a manager, but I never saw one.
This restaurant is truly disastrous. You're guaranteed to have a problem or an argument every time you go there. Nothing ever goes right; there's always something missing.
25/07/2026: I ordered Flunch catering.
Very good for a birthday.
No need to change the dishes, the wooden boxes do their job well.
I would definitely recommend them for another occasion.

26/12/2023: J'étais tellement fan de cette franchise que je suis tombé de très haut au gout gras de la galette fermière. Huile a la place de la crème fraiche et pas du tout le bon gout du poulet comme d'habitude. La crepe beurre sucre netait pas mieux

29/05/2024: Un bon moment en famille le samedi 11 mai 2023 autour d'une andouillette dans cette enseigne que je fréquente occasionnellement depuis des années. Mention très bien pour la grosse profiterole au chocolat, choux très qualitatif et dose généreuse de chocolat chaud. Service décontracté mais professionnel.

Venus en famille avec notre petite fille , nous avons été très déçus par la qualité des plats .
Cuissons non respectées , quantités ridicules pour le prix . Chips d accueil très très salées ..
Le seul + accueil agréable .
La prochaine fois nous irons à Macdo car franchement cela ne vaut pas le prix que nous avons payé...
