15/03/2026: A beautiful place, the duplex room was clean and well-decorated. The setting is pleasant and offers a real change of scenery. The staff was very attentive. The restaurant is good, but a special mention goes to pastry chef Seif, whose passion and dedication are evident in his creations.

A huge thank you especially to Justine, the massage therapist who took care of me. She is so warm and gentle, and before the massage, she takes the time to chat about our preferences, any sensitive areas, or points to be aware of. It immediately puts you at ease.
Her massage is very precise; everything is perfectly symmetrical (nothing is missed, haha!). She also manages to identify and relieve minor tensions without us even having to say a word, which is truly wonderful.
In short, a perfect moment of relaxation. Thank you again!

Welcoming and very friendly staff.
Having received a 90-minute massage as a gift, I had a wonderful experience.
As a massage enthusiast for about twenty years, I was truly amazed by the magical Céline, who understands our "issues" without us even having to say a word.
On top of that, she is a smiling and warm person.
Thank you to the whole team for this soothing moment in this crazy life.
17/02/2026: I had booked a special Valentine's Day spa and brunch. The day before, without confirmation, I gave them all my details over the phone for 15 minutes, but they couldn't find my reservation. They rebooked me, promising a discount, which led me to arrive earlier and shorten my spa treatment. At brunch, once they found the original reservation (under a different name) (using the phone number I'd given them the day before to locate it), the reception canceled the discount and charged me full price for the spa treatment (shorter and earlier), even though I came with that promise in mind—€150 in total. Despite a pleasant setting and a very good brunch, the whole experience was disappointing because the reception staff seized upon any excuse to shift the blame onto a failing reservation management system, since they were unable to find my reservation. They justified the withdrawal of the commercial offer by claiming that they "had to fill the spa all day on Valentine's Day weekend" and that I had "lost them a slot" - a management style that lacks both professionalism and business acumen.
