03/05/2024: Unfortunately I made a mistake on my click and collect order, two menus instead of one! I then explain that there is an error and that I only want one menu. They answer me well uh I don't know... otherwise you take everything... great answer! I answer no because it will be ruined and what a menu would like. For my part it seemed obvious to me that I was going to be offered a refund or a credit. No, I'm asked to try to cancel the order via the app and go outside with encouragement "go madame have is with you"... after making the attempt to cancel, impossible. After 20 minutes I was offered a credit, GREAT! So I don't have a ticket...and I ate cold and my dessert was taken by hand to put in the box...I'm a moderate fan. Finally I hope that the ticket will not be lost by the bakery… Mrs TARECO
