Being late, I forgot to say hello, and she reprimanded me in a disapproving tone. The employee and her so-called supervisor lack professionalism towards customers.

19/04/2026: A very bad experience at Relais H. The reception was unacceptable. The person on duty that day was haughty, unpleasant, and clearly disrespectful. No politeness, no help, and an aggressive tone for no reason. This is unacceptable in a place like a hospital, where patients deserve a minimum of respect and consideration. This type of behavior seriously damages the institution's image.
