I had booked in advance for a family meal for 18 people. The meal was delicious.
I had requested two gluten-free meals, and the protocol was perfectly followed, so no problem.
All my guests were delighted.
Very satisfied with the service.
I didn't try the hotel; we were staying elsewhere.

28/12/2025: The waitress was very nice, but she didn't realize she was using two different-sized glasses for the two people to serve the wine. The "rougaille saucisse" (sausage rougaille) was a rarity in name only. The side dishes were either frozen sausage and fries or tagliatelle, instead of rice and red beans. Another dish was a bagged salad. For dessert, there was a Yule log or frangipane tart that looked like they came straight from a supermarket shelf. Nothing was homemade except the bill, which was eye-wateringly expensive. Very, very disappointed!
01/11/2025: Horrible, avoid at all costs! The salad was made entirely of frozen ingredients, the crepes were like rubber, the baked eggs were undercooked (which is to be expected, since everything is microwaved), and there was no dry white wine. Bravo! I practically ate with water. The food was disgusting, not to mention the filthy cutlery and glasses.

1 : il faut penser à réserver ! (oui, il est connu et renommé dans le coin)
2 : c'est très bon. Simple, mais excellent.
Le boeuf qui a mijoté pendant plusieurs heures, c'est une merveille. La salade de gésiers, c'est un grand classique. Hyper classique, diront même les esprits chagrins. Mais elle est bonne, tout simplement !
Encornets et grondin, bien cuisinés de la façon locale, c'est bon, et c'est tout ce qu'on demande.
Il y a aussi un choix de pizzas, très bonnes elles aussi.
Vins locaux. Pas beaucoup de choix, mais ceux que j'ai goûtés étaient très bons.
Bravo et merci aux sympathiques propriétaires de ce merveilleux restau !
