20/02/2026: What a delight it was during these school holidays to have lunch at this restaurant on Friday the 20th, where the originality of the dishes rivals the subtlety of the flavors. Each plate reveals a true culinary personality, carefully conceived and executed with talent. Special mention goes to my kidney dish, prepared with rare mastery: tender, fragrant, and perfectly balanced. A real treat for those who appreciate this delicate delicacy. I would also like to commend the staff, whose attentiveness and helpfulness made the experience even more enjoyable. Their kindness, their sense of service, and their discreet yet effective presence all contributed to the success of this lunch.
