Le Petit Caporal is a true neighborhood institution. It offers generous bistro fare and a very friendly atmosphere.
Whether you're coming from one side of the bridge or the other, it's the perfect meeting place for a great meal. Excellent service and a warm welcome.
I highly recommend it!

12/12/2024: This bar is not just a bar, it is a true haven of peace. It is well located, close to the RER, it has the best café crème in the entire Paris region, the staff is adorable, the terrace has little blankets in winter, and the interior is very warm.
I'm in love.

29/08/2024: Unquestionably my favorite brasserie in Maisons-Alfort! This place has become my HQ. I don't hesitate to have breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner there! I am always well received there.
Big plus: the decor, the attendance, the kitchen, the location, the bowl for my dog and of course the great team without whom nothing is possible!!!

25/08/2024: Probablement LE MEILLEUR restaurant de la région.
Accueil bienveillant, cadre très agréable et nourriture excellente.
Mr et Mme Chevreau font un excellent travail.
Pour un menu à 69 $ vous avez droit à l'apéritif maison accompagné d 'akouzkis, puis encore d'autres amuse-bouche.
Suivent l'entrée, le plat principal et un dessert.
J'allais oublier que nous avons aussi droit à une demi bouteille de vin par personne.
L'ensemble des mets est délicieux et la carte est constamment changée.
En résumé nous ferions volontiers de la Bourgogne notre ,"cantine" favorite.

18/06/2024: Bar brasserie du coin très convivial. Excellent sélection de bières en pression et en bouteille. IPA n pression très bien. Bonne carte varié - flammekeuche (?? orthographe) très bien. Burgers, moules et salades de qualité. Desserts copieux - sorbet tutti frutti délicieux. Bon accueil. Serveuses efficaces et très sympas. Prix raisonnables.

07/07/2024: Aujourd'hui dimanche 7 juillet à 17h45, un panneau indiquant "terrasse ouverte" devant le Mansio nous a décidé à pousser la porte de l'établissement (nous étions 2). Deux employées nous ont refusé l'accès à la terrasse prétextant qu'elles avaient trop de travail pour nous y accueillir (préparatifs du dîner).
Nous sommes repartis très déçus compte tenu de l'heure.
03/07/2024: Une nourriture bonne, bien présentée et qui semble fraîche.
Par contre , j’attache presque autant d’importance à l’accueil. La jeune femme blonde qui est la patronne et qui fait aussi le service n’est vraiment pas souriante et très froide. Avec de petites remarques subtiles et désagréables quand on la dérange…
Allez on fait un effort, on sourit les gens viennent pour un moment de détente pas pour subir les humeurs de la patronne… bravo au cuisinier !
