26/09/2026: The service was terrible, the waiters were unfriendly and very slow, the food was extremely cold, and the place was filthy. Never eat at the Hippopotamus in Belle Épine; it's disgusting.

02/09/2026: Just a bunch of lies... I called on Saturday afternoon to ask if they do have all-you-can-eat mussels on Sunday evening so I wouldn't make the trip for nothing (the one in Bonneuil was closed)... the answer was "of course, sir... and there are even all-you-can-eat fries..." Once there, after a 15-minute wait in a relatively empty room, they said, "We don't have all-you-can-eat mussels... we're overwhelmed." A joke... thanks for treating your customers like idiots.

10/08/2026: A shopping center that's doing very well compared to others (Evry and Ivry-sur-Seine). My visits to: Zara, H&M, Promod, Adidas, Jules, etc. I hope the brands will hold on and not be replaced by junk shops...

11/07/2026: Excellent service. I was greeted by a lady, I believe named Lynda, wearing a white polo shirt. She was very friendly, helpful, and attentive to the customer. I highly recommend her; every visit has been a great success. Thank you to the reception staff.
11/07/2026: It's only 11:30 AM and the staff hasn't even cleared the trays.
The cashier won't take my order; she tells me to pay at the kiosk. So, I wanted to pay in cash, but that's not possible.

30/09/2026: Unlimited food with vegetables, what could be better?
28/09/2026: I am very disappointed by a manager's attitude towards an employee. I was particularly shocked by the way he spoke to him: a very condescending tone, talking down to him and being disrespectful in front of the customers.
This behavior gives a very bad image of the establishment and clearly makes everyone present feel uncomfortable.
I hope management will take this type of behavior into account, as respect for employees should be a priority.
