28/07/2024: A marvel, a very pleasant setting, the welcome and the attentive waitresses without being oppressive. Excellent cuisine, you can taste the fresh produce cooked with precision, both in terms of flavors and cooking, and a wide choice of drinks. The chef who is the boss comes to see you during the meal to ask if everything is okay and to chat a little, I have rarely seen that. It's a real traditional restaurant and a delight. Special mention to the incredible gourmet coffee, snails and smoked salmon whet the appetite, beef fillet with pepper sauce (please eat the blue cheese, it's divine) and scallops with maître d'hôtel butter are so good. 12/07/2024: Excellent Black Angus steak. It’s a shame that the tarte tatin is not on the menu because it deserves it.

15/09/2024: We came across the brasserie quite by chance this Sunday noon at 12:30 p.m. while we were looking for a restaurant. The service is dynamic and the XXL steak with pepper sauce accompanied by fries was very good (and tender). I keep the address when I go through Hauteville again. A satisfied biker can continue his journey.
