26/04/2026: A very rich breakfast, especially by Parisian standards. Nothing was missing. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were fine, each with a separate entrance. Warm.
21/04/2026: An absolutely perfect stay from beginning to end. The welcome was warm, with an attentive and always available team who were never intrusive. The room was spotless, spacious, and impeccably comfortable.
The breakfast was varied and generous, with fresh and delicious products.
It's exactly the kind of place you want to return to without hesitation.

Simple meals that make an impression. Homemade sauces too 😋
25/05/2026: A truly memorable culinary experience. This bistro uses only fresh ingredients, and it shows in every bite. On today's menu: beef taraki and "crying tiger" (a type of fish stew). And the homemade apple tart was equally delicious.

On the tray of Viennese rolls, there were milk rolls and small sugar brioches… all labeled "brioche buns."… I politely asked the young woman for a milk roll, showing her the product, and she curtly told me, "They're brioche buns!" Not very friendly at all.
Except that I'm the wife of a renowned pastry chef and the mother of a Michelin-starred chef… I know that a chain bakery can't train its employees like a high-end establishment, but when a customer kindly points out a basic professional tip, it's appreciated…
(Milk rolls are also called navettes…) Best of luck to this young woman in her career…

01/07/2026: I had a café latté. It was very bland. The worst I had in a long time. It wasn’t worth the calories, so it went straight to trash.
