20/02/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience at this PAUL store in Taverny, mainly due to the manager's lack of professionalism.
Her attitude and management style leave much to be desired. The organization seems chaotic, the customer service is not up to the image of such a well-known brand, and this is directly reflected in the store's atmosphere and the quality of service.
I find it regrettable and incomprehensible that a large company like PAUL would entrust such important responsibilities to someone who doesn't seem to have the necessary skills to properly manage a store and its team.
I sincerely hope that management will take this type of feedback seriously, as this store does not reflect the level of quality one usually expects from this brand.

It's such a sweet touch that they try tu understand you in your own language. Special mention to MIMI not sur that's her real name it's just what's on her tip cup!

14/09/2024: To flee! The tobacconist makes timinics for just 3 cents because it makes a hole in the coffers, atmosphere between guy expelled from their city and bar pillar! Find somewhere else to drink or buy cigarettes

16/08/2024: Déjeuner horrible, service à l'ouest, il manquait la moitié des plats. Addition pleine d'erreurs, viande trop cuite.
23/05/2024: A clean room, but too dark and a noisy environment.
The staff is smiling and friendly but upon departure, there was a small problem with payment.
The breakfast is good, some products of poor quality, so little could be done better. A good choice of sweet and savory options.

22/06/2024: Un vendredi soir lors de la fête de la musique, ce restaurant de quartier proposait une représentation avec deux artistes. Nous y avons mangé une souris d’agneau accompagné de ses haricots verts et patates ainsi qu’un demi-poulet portugais avec ses patates. Pour finir un café gourmand avec trois desserts et une ambiance très conviviale! Nous y retrouvons l’esprit d’un restaurant routier avec une carte classique d’un tel lieu et quelques touches originales.
