15/08/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! The welcome is incredibly warm, and the two waitresses are very friendly, smiling, and offer excellent advice, providing clear explanations of the dishes.
And the food is simply delicious! High-quality ingredients, perfectly prepared. You can tell there's a great chef behind the stove, without a doubt. The price is well worth it considering the quality.
I went three times in July and was never disappointed. I highly recommend L’Envie de Giens to anyone looking for a great meal on the Giens peninsula. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

13/09/2026: We enjoyed a delicious and generous Indian crepe and a classic crepe.
For dessert, a beautifully presented and generously topped Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce).
The thyme and apricot-rosemary ice creams were exceptional.
We highly recommend it.

11/07/2026: Nothing to say. A place I'll return to without even noticing. Excellent from start to finish. Without having too many expectations.
10/07/2026: We ate twice on the terrace; the fish was very fresh, the aioli was delicious, the welcome was warm, and there was a beautiful view of the port.
I highly recommend it.

24/07/2026: My favorite restaurant during my vacation. The food was excellent, my wife was surprised by her salad, and my fish was exquisite and reasonably priced. As I mentioned when paying, I just wish we had a charger, but my meal more than made up for it.

The food was flavorful, beautifully presented, and indulgent. The burrata salad was one of the best I've ever had, and the sea bass was perfectly cooked.
A very pleasant surprise, plus it's well located with a lovely view of the harbor.

02/06/2026: Simple, good, and quick—what more could you ask for, especially on a Sunday? Friendly service, though a bit rushed. €66 for two with a bottle of wine, excellent. Menu varies. Reservations not accepted.
June 2025: Reservations are now possible. Prices have gone up. €161 for two with a bottle of wine. That must be due to the menu. I didn't see a set menu. Good quality.
06/04/2026: A magnificent setting, reflecting the warm welcome and the quality of the food.
A huge thank you to all the staff for your kindness, smiles, and professionalism.
A big thank you to the chef who delighted us with his delicious meal.
We had a wonderful time; please don't change a thing. 🙏

08/08/2026: Having been assaulted a few years ago by the owner when I was still a minor, I remember my outfit being deemed "too short" and "provocative." Being just a child, I didn't think I'd have to justify the length of my skirt to people over 50.
The owner also told me to "dress better," implying that if I dressed that way, I shouldn't complain about being looked at lewdly. I realize now how unacceptable that was; it's shameful!
Furthermore, the food was mediocre, even bad. Frozen, nothing homemade—avoid at all costs!!

14/07/2024: Dommage qu'il y a eu un changement de propriétaire. Ayant consommé de nombreuses années sur les anciens propriétaires tout était parfait et très bon. Malheureusement avec le changement de propriétaire tout est mauvais et même très mauvais. La paella est très mauvaise, jusqu'à trouver des mouches dans les barquettes. Ce lieu n'est pas à recommander et même à disparaître.
Lieu insalubre.
Bon courage à ceux qui se rendent dans ce lieu qui doit être visité au plus vite par les services de l hygiène.
11/05/2024: Très déçu, accueil pas au top. Nous décidons de réserver samedi pour venir le vendredi soir soir 6 jours avant .
Nous arrivons pour manger la serveuse nous informe que sur notre commande 3 plats de moules frites pourront être servi sur 6. Nous trouvons décevant et décidons de partir. Il faut réserver habituellement 24h avant mais même 6 jours avant impossible d'avoir notre commande nous avons du aller au restaurant à côté. Bcp plus accueillant et il y avait des moules très bonne chez loup de la mer et nous avons bien digéré. Bref revoir le personnel et la gestion .

Un accueil chaleureux, un choix suffisant de plats et des produits frais!
Des pâtes aux palourdes très goûtues!
Un tajine excellent avec un poulet très tendre!
De très bon dessert !
Quoi demander de mieux! Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !

08/09/2024: Déçue par les salades (une au poulet,l'autre à l'ananas )assaisonnées avec une sauce piquante et non mentionnée dans la composition. Dommage !!
Sinon le tajine aux poulpes était très bon.
