23/09/2024: Tout est parfait dans ce restaurant, la cuisine et le service. C'est toujours un plaisir d'y revenir. La nouvelle carte est au top.

23/09/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo bellissimo ristorante all aperto, nonostante fosse una serata freschina di metà settembre.. Che dire, esperienza super positiva.. Menu degustazione a 44 euro a testa , un entree, 2 antipasti e portata principale(a scelta fra 2) più dessert(sempre scelta fra 2).. Non so dire cosa fosse più buono, tutto super.. Vino selezionato di cantine locali, noi abbiamo bevuto al calice provandone 3 diversi, ottimo il rosso di Domaine les foques.. Gentilissima la proprietaria e bravi e professionali i camerieri, abbiamo passato una piacevole serata

23/09/2024: Tout est parfait dans cette belle auberge. Très bon accueil, une salle intérieure chaleureuse et joliment décorée. Nous avons choisi le menu à 42 euros et nous nous sommes régalés, de l'entrée au dessert, les assiettes sont belles et délicieuses. Le service est juste parfait, ni trop long, ni trop rapide. A découvrir absolument si vous venez au Lavandou.

12/09/2024: Restaurant qui nous a refusé une réservation car nous étions avec un enfant de 2 ans et demi… Inadmissible pour un restaurant d’autant plus quand il propose un menu enfant. Nous nous sommes vus refusé une réservation alors qu’un couple devant nous a eu une table, ainsi que le couple suivant… Employé antipathique qui clairement nous a pris pour des pigeons, des touristes lambdas…

17/08/2024: To avoid since the change of ownership unfortunately. We booked 1 month in advance for the evening of August 15. When we arrived our table had been given. The bar was full. The bartender had left. No cocktails could be served. We call the waiter to order food. He tells us that he is sure he has taken our order. He was told no and when he returned from his order-taking check the kitchens were closed and refused to reopen. Terrible service. It was so much better before. We won't come back again

18/09/2024: After a repeat visit, the second time didn't get any better. The reasons for this were the 45 minute wait for the starter and the slight disappointment when ordering from the menu for ~26 euros. The starter, a fish soup, was without any fish, salty and brown in color with the consistency of a gravy. The main course, a sea bream, was comparable to a larger goldfish, i.e. small, with lots of bones. Since the center bone was removed quickly rather than carefully by the cook, a large portion of the fish was inedible due to the large number of bones. Too bad! The dessert, the caramel cream, was vanilla pudding with a flambéed (burnt in my case) surface and caramel syrup. All in all, I certainly didn't have the best day from the chef. Unfortunately, there is also an unpleasant smell in the back of the restaurant of the dishwasher that is used in restaurants. Nevertheless, the blonde waitress was very friendly and attentive, although I won't dare make a third visit. There is too much choice in town for that.

16/09/2024: We had dinner during the week (reservation required). New waitress, very pleasant and helpful, she had only recently started but she was very professional and very smiling. It's all the more remarkable since the boss's welcome is really not warm. We had a sea pot, delicious and plentiful. A perfect punch as an aperitif.
