26/11/2024: Very good food, good value for money. Beautiful and refined decoration, I really liked the musical background. The waitress could make a little effort to look professional.

19/11/2024: Lousy! No welcome, the waitress is not friendly, it's just that we won't leave... - inedible salmon ravioli, the topping too salty which distorts the stuffing -Very poor aioli, lousy soggy vegetables, overly dry, poorly cooked fish and no presentation! I've never seen that... Wanted to run away and I got sick 🥴😭

06/09/2024: Unacceptable!!! I agree that for new owners the menu must be minimalist but the dishes should at least be good: horrible Milanese escalope! In short, I don't recommend it at all!

05/09/2024: We came in August as a family and we are delighted! I had a plate of linguine with lobster sauce, I have never eaten such good ones, plus the atmosphere and the view of the red rocks we will definitely come back next year. Thanks to the cook and servers!!

13/11/2024: Le cadre est sympa avec une décoration typique d'un Restaurant de montagne mais malheureusement la cuisine n'est pas au rendez vous... Ayant travaillé en Suisse et Haute Savoie pendant de nombreuses années je parle en connaissance de cause... Une fondue Savoyarde insipide avec des petits grains a l'intérieur comme si elle avait été épaissie avec de la fécule de pomme de terre ou de la Maïzena...et de la charcuterie qui n'était pas de qualité... Ma compagne a pris un reblochon chaud qui n'était guère mieux que la fondue, il y avait plus de crème liquide que de reblochon... Dommage de couper tout ses produits avec des ingrédients qui n'ont rien a voir avec un plat typique de Savoie.... Je m'attendais a retrouver les odeurs, les saveurs et l'ambiance "à la bonne franquette"d'un bon restaurant Savoyard que je n'ai aucunement retrouvé.... Déçu....

11/11/2024: Le restaurant porte bien son nom, un vrai « refuge » pour sdf. La vaisselle est sale et les plats sont très bof sans parler du fait que j’ai mangé en compagnie d’une colonie de mouches, je met une deuxième étoile pour le service qui s’est tout de même bien déroulé. Si vous passez devant se restaurant FUYEZ et ne vous retournez pas !!!

11/09/2024: Flee this restaurant!! Endless waiting time for order. I ordered a rare sirloin flank steak, full of nerves, inedible. I ask so I change my dish for a false filet, the waitress offers me a rib steak because "no more false filet" a priori, I hear behind me a waiter who offers false filet to the customers just behind... Go figure! ! 30 minutes of waiting for the change of dish and still nothing, I decide to go and pay for my partner. And then, surprise, the steak is finally ready, a good joke! Also, the fries are not homemade!! Anyway, I went to eat next door at MUG'S and I had a great time! 👍🏻

08/09/2024: A little caterpillar in the salad.... The waiter asked to redo the plate in the kitchen, no apology or commercial gesture for the problem encountered.

09/12/2025: Very warm welcome and very generous portions, I highly recommend it!

16/11/2025: We enjoyed a lovely seafood platter. The fresh and flavorful seafood, accompanied by a small glass of white wine recommended by the waiter, left us wanting more. The service was impeccable and pleasantly attentive.

01/09/2024: Room clean but very small! Breakfast buffet was really bad for the price (€18 per person)! Crepes, waffles, pancakes from the supermarket. No fresh, sliced ​​fruit. Muesli, oatmeal without milk. Scrambled eggs very, very likely from the “bag”. + No minibar in the room. Although a photo showed a gym, there isn't one there.

01/09/2024: My friend and I waited more than twenty minutes without any waiter deigning to come and serve us even though the restaurant was almost empty. Deplorable and negligent service. The employees are sorely lacking in seriousness.
