02/12/2025: I've lost count of how many times I've eaten at Napoli. Always excellent value for money. A few dishes on the menu change occasionally. €25 for a 3-course menu with choices is unbeatable in this area.

26/12/2025: The room was not up to 4-star standards. The decor was very peculiar, with cheap knick-knacks... breakfast was a joke, offering very mediocre, mass-produced food (considering the price, it's a truly tasteless joke). We found the place very cold and uninteresting. The parking and the receptionist were good points. We won't be back. Best of luck.

16/11/2025: A charming welcome from lovely owners, our room 14 overlooks the pool, and we had a small balcony that was sunny in the afternoon – everything was perfect. Thank you so much for this wonderful and relaxing stay.

31/10/2025: An excellent place to enjoy the sea while also enjoying the cool air and gardens. The rooms are comfortable, with beautiful private outdoor spaces. The heated pool is useful during cooler periods. The staff are friendly and professional.

02/01/2026: The owner's welcome was more than unpleasant. Clearly, a smile is only reserved for regulars and friends. Having a tourist restaurant doesn't excuse you from being friendly. Now, let's talk about the crêpe: at €19.50 for the crêpe and an extra €1.50 for honey, I'm still looking for the promised goat cheese sauce. The cider pitcher was dirty. I'm heartbroken for my beloved Brittany.

01/01/2026: Two waitresses as friendly as prison guards, constantly arguing amongst themselves. We waited 20 minutes before they even bothered to take our order, and then they started taking orders from people who arrived after us. Goodbye! We left. Avoid at all costs.

20/01/2026: I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. We came on holiday at the end of August and stayed on a premium pitch (private sanitary facilities). Upon arrival, the receptionist told us, "I hope the pitch suits you as we're fully booked." At the time, we didn't suspect anything. When we arrived at the pitch, it wasn't the minimum 100 square meters (as stated on the website). The wooden table was unusable because it was dirty and so wobbly that we couldn't sit down. The parasol was dreadful (see photo), and the sanitary facilities weren't any better (black grout, yellow stains on the walls). We showed these photos to reception the next day, but no one came to replace the parasol or the table. We struggled to set up our canvas caravan and parked our car as best we could. Arriving at night, the nightmare began. We had a pitch next to the swimming pool and its machinery. All night long we could hear the water from the water slides running (I even thought it was raining) and the noise of the pool pumps and heat pumps (decibel readings between 55 and 60 decibels). The next morning we went to reception to explain the situation, and they told us to stay another night so they could confirm the noise at night, which we did. They told us it was normal noise and that it was what kept the pool warm. On top of that, at 7 a.m. on Sunday, all the sun loungers were moved with unparalleled delicacy, and the pressure washer was used on the pool deck (73 decibels), which was great for sleeping. My daughter slept with her noise-canceling headphones. After two sleepless nights (and with only six days until the start of the school year) and no alternative accommodation offered, we decided to leave. Following the campsite's advice, we contacted customer service. Customer service refused to listen, claiming it only bothered us (which is untrue, as the person opposite our pitch also complained on Sunday) and that the noise didn't exist, but that they were sorry for the disturbance. If there's no noise, why apologize? Customer service even had the audacity to write to us, hoping to see us again at our campsites. In short, this campsite could be called "Sweet Anguish" rather than "Sweet Tranquility." Sandaya's customer service is absolutely useless, and the campsite completely blames them, saying they can't do anything. I'll think twice before choosing a Sandaya campsite again.

30/12/2025: We found excrement on the terrace upon arrival, a hornet's nest under the mobile home which was treated after several reminders, the pool door slams shut every time it is opened (several times per minute), making it noisy for the restaurant right next door and unpleasant when we are on the sun loungers, and some noisy holidaymakers late into the evening.

15/02/2026: I chose a signature chai cocktail. I asked the waitress beforehand for her opinion on it, and she advised me, saying it was very good without any further details… it was undrinkable and salty, even though the description said green tea, pineapple, lemon, and chai. I've never had such a disgusting cocktail! I left my glass after a very long wait… I will never go back…

26/11/2024: The food was very good, and the price was reasonable. The decor was beautiful and minimalist, and I really enjoyed the background music. The waitress could have made a bit more of an effort to be more professional.

19/11/2024: Terrible! No welcome, the waitress was so unfriendly, we almost left... - The salmon ravioli was inedible, the sauce was too salty and ruined the filling. - The aioli was very poor, the vegetables were soggy, the fish was too dry and undercooked, and there was no presentation whatsoever! I've never seen anything like it... I wanted to run away and I got sick 🥴😭

18/12/2025: We were there for the New Year's greetings from the mayor of Saint Raphaël. The setting is magnificent, peaceful, and wooded. An address we would recommend.

10/12/2025: I was given a Wonderbox spa package: 1 hour treatment + 30-minute massage. Very clean, large hammam and sauna. The pool was very small with only two bubble loungers. A shame, otherwise, a lovely time with my two friends. Even so, it's still very small compared to other places. The receptionist was very pleasant and gave a very warm welcome. You can eat on-site; the hotel is magnificent, as are the golf course and the clubhouse where we had lunch. I would gladly return.

16/11/2025: We enjoyed a lovely seafood platter. The fresh and flavorful seafood, accompanied by a small glass of white wine recommended by the waiter, left us wanting more. The service was impeccable and pleasantly attentive.
