02/10/2026: Perfect for watching the races. The welcome and service were adequate, but the quality didn't live up to the prices. The starter was meager at €16, and the ribeye steak, while good, came with overcooked frozen fries at €38. The "gourmet coffee" consisted only of frozen petit fours. It was a gift for our parents, and we were a little disappointed.

13/09/2026: I was very disappointed by the promises of this panoramic restaurant: the welcome was nonexistent (we had to insist on giving our reservation name to finally be seated), no menus were offered (after asking and waiting, we were given one menu for five people…), and there was an enormous wait between each request (at least 20 minutes for the menu, then a carafe of water, then a drink, then another, then a dish, etc.). We had to wait over an hour and a half to find out that we had to change our order because they were out of a fish dish that was listed on the menu, even though this wasn't mentioned when we ordered. Several other items were also missing: no steaks, no sauces, no oil or dressings for the salad… In the end, they chose our dishes for us and we had to wait even longer. I think that informing customers as soon as such important information is available should be done as quickly as possible (and if the information is passed on late, the communication needs improvement). We were served after 3:30 PM for a reservation we initially made at 1:00 PM. Given the disastrous logistics and service, we didn't even feel like ordering dessert or anything else. To top it off, we were still charged for the dishes we never received… a difference of over €30 without any prior notice of the price. We had to check the receipt ourselves after paying to see exactly what we were charged for. We also asked to speak to a manager, but the waiter, who claims to "know the owner well," told us he couldn't and wouldn't do anything for us, so he wasn't going to go and get him. Not a great experience. At least we had a good view of the food…
