There were four of us.
17/04/2026: A COMPLETE SHAME - AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT
A very disappointing experience.
We paid €63 for three aioli dishes (€21 per person), but the plates were mostly composed of vegetables (carrots and green beans), with only two shrimp and a very small piece of fish. The price did not seem to reflect the quality of the food.
When we asked for an explanation, the exchange with the staff went very badly. The tone quickly escalated, and we felt uncomfortable and pressured, which is regrettable in this type of situation.
We also noted a lack of communication with management, which did nothing to calm the situation.
Following this experience, we have taken steps to report the situation to the relevant authorities.
We therefore leave with an overall negative impression.

05/01/2026: It's a shame that this bar/restaurant has the best view of the port because the service is deplorable, the manager is a prison guard, never friendly… I came 3 times to have a coffee on the terrace giving him "the benefit of the doubt" but I never got a smile or a hello 😂 This time was the last time, I recommend the café next door!
08/12/2025: The waitress on duty that morning was disgruntled and disrespectful because she didn't have change for 20 euros and tried to get all high and mighty! Talk about driving customers away! Maybe she has a libido problem? And then again, given her size!
I don't recommend this establishment because, judging by the reviews, this kind of behavior is commonplace.

Brasserie Café de la Gare

12/09/2025: I went to this brasserie because the station restrooms were closed and I was in an emergency situation. I politely asked if it was possible to use the restrooms, to which I was told, in a very cold tone, that they were reserved for customers and that I had to consume. So I offered to have a muffin to comply with the rule.
I was then told that the restrooms would be blocked for 5 minutes. I agreed to wait, but I ultimately noticed that the manager was taking his time putting away umbrellas and cleaning up, while there were still customers seated. This gave me the feeling that they were mainly trying to discourage me rather than actually enforcing a rule.
I fully understand that an establishment reserves its restrooms for its customers, but it is also possible to express this with a minimum of kindness and consideration, especially when a customer is making the effort to consume. The attitude adopted in this situation was neither welcoming nor professional.
06/09/2025: Breakfast for €6.90! Hot drink, freshly squeezed orange juice, pastries, toast with butter and jam! TOP!

07/08/2024: J'ai commandé un hamburger normalement bleu je l'ai reçu très bien cuit en sachant que je mange exactement le même chez moi avec les mêmes pommes de terre niveau tarif et qualité de prestation a fuir !!!
Niveau service à revoir ET très insistant pour savoir si on avait fini où pas pour un risotto à 24€ ET un hamburger du moment à 19€ je pense que l'on peut avoir mieux que ça.Je fais mieux à la maison !!!
Du moment qu'on à des pdt fraîches autant faire des frites !! La salades immangeable le seul point positif le cadre !!! À fuir vraiment

22/09/2024: Tout est parfait dans ce restaurant, l’accueil, l’ambiance, la cuisine, le service, les jeux de mots sur la carte…
Il est particulièrement appréciable de ne pas avoir à réclamer la réduction obtenue sur une appli. Le patron le prend en compte tout seul.
N’hésitez pas, vous passerez un super moment dans un super cadre et vous mangerez super bien !

We made a reservation for 5 people at 1 p.m. and it was confirmed by the establishment.
When we arrived at the time of our reservation, the restaurant was closed.
We left hungry (2 adults and 3 children).
Luckily, we ended up walking to the wildlife park to find something to eat.
We were told afterward that the woman who runs the restaurant opens and closes as she pleases. Great, right? 😅
When I see some of the other comments, I'm actually glad she was closed that day; at least we didn't lose our money.

03/12/2024: Il doit ++++ de 6000 € à un fournisseur et fait le beau dans son resto ..bravo l'artiste et en plus ne répond jamais aux apelle et par hasard toujours absent quand le fournisseur arrive...c'est dommage de faire confiance et de se faire .........

26/07/2024: On my last visit a lady with short hair glasses served us a can of coke (30cts) with a glass without an ice cube for 4.50 euros.
Honestly, it's a shame to have a can at that price, plus we've never seen such an unpleasant person in service, Madame moaned out loud in front of everyone because a kid left chocolate on his plate (understand she's going to have to wash the plate, poor thing).
15 minutes later she asks us to leave because it's closing time!
A joke she could have told us before.
And as if that wasn't enough, Madame made a monstrous mess by passing the chains between the chairs and the tables for the people attached while there were still customers 1 meter away and I'm not even talking about her personal hygiene.
In short, it's not for nothing that this company has been in financial failure for a long time, in fact that's also why the commission assigned the management of the restaurant to someone else for the next few years but you don't want to 'accept and understand your mistakes.
19/07/2024: Very expensive for the dishes offered... frozen fries... bagged salad... The quality/price ratio is not there.... blah blah...

16/09/2024: A chaque visite, c'est un régal, le cochon et le reste.. l'accueil est nickel.. un sans faute et sans faute de goût.. Magnifique.
15/09/2024: Ambiance très agréable en terrasse. Le concept côté cochon nous a plu, avec rab de cochon pour les plus gros mangeurs.
Patron et serveurs très sympas.
