The samples continued for 3 months. I have now been waiting for the reimbursement of €778 for 4 months. Terrible customer service, numerous calls, they take you from advisor to advisor telling you that the services have communicated poorly with Sofinco, then that the payment is blocked at the accounting level, then that it will soon be made and the payment will not be made.
