Refined without being complicated.
Each dish is a taste journey
Incidentally, they always offer a vegetarian alternative and the latter is as careful as the rest of the menu.
23/03/2024: Very good time as always, exceptional new menu, pleasant welcome and service and very good wine to accompany the tuna tataki.
