It was an excellent experience; from the appetizer to the dessert, the dishes were of high quality, made with fresh ingredients. The servers were very friendly, efficient, and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant!

29/07/2026: 10/10, hands down! We were looking for a restaurant for a birthday dinner. We made many unsuccessful attempts to book a table that afternoon. This was the only restaurant that called us back after leaving a voicemail, and what a stroke of luck! A wonderful discovery, a variety of dishes, each one as delicious as the last, and the cherry on top: a candle for dessert! 27/08/2026: A must-visit during our stays in Les Sables-d’Olonne! We come to Bistrot Sablais every year during our stay in Les Sables-d’Olonne, and it’s always a pleasure to return. It’s become a real tradition for us! The welcome is warm and friendly. The place is very pleasant, modern, and beautifully decorated, making for a truly enjoyable experience. A special mention goes to the manager, who is incredibly friendly, attentive, and business-minded. Her welcome and helpfulness are particularly appreciated. An address we happily recommend and where we will return, as we do every year!

26/08/2026: A fantastic find! Unbeatable value for money, the exterior is lovely, and the staff are incredibly attentive. The food is delicious, and the cocktails are original. The children's menu is €14, but it's well worth it! The dishes are just as elaborate as the adult menu!

25/07/2026: Parking was very difficult to find, so allow plenty of time to avoid being late. Once you're seated, it's pure bliss. The staff is very friendly, and the burgers are excellent and generous. The price is very reasonable. A great experience; I highly recommend it.

23/08/2026: Passing through Les Herbiers, we were looking for a place to have a drink. As we walked down the street, the manager greeted us, but we didn't hear him. We asked him if we could have a drink, and he gave us a rude, dismissive reception, accusing us of being impolite and lacking in manners: "No, I won't serve you anything." So much for hospitality...

22/08/2026: Perfect family dinner! Very pleasant atmosphere, excellent service, a big thank you for the recommendations and the blanket at the end of the evening! The food was delicious, homemade burgers, excellent mussels, and tasty fries! Remember to book! I highly recommend it!

05/08/2026: Superb place; the setting, the location, and the succession of courses are incredible. The dishes were exquisite. A minor point: the empty aperitif glasses were still on the table, and the wine arrived late. They are young, you have to understand, they are learning. Highly recommended.
