09/01/2024: Very nice hotel. Perfect for a short stay in Gérardmer as it’s opposite the lake and a short walk to the town centre where there are lots of bars and restaurants The room was very comfortable and clean and on the top floor so very spacious and nicely decorated I would definitely recommend it and we’ll be back! Thanks a lot :)

10/05/2024: Because there is no possibility of giving 0 stars! We came at 11:30 a.m., we asked if it would be possible to eat at their place knowing that we absolutely had to leave at 12:40 p.m. max. We are told there is no problem. But surprise, they don't take orders for dishes before 12 p.m.! So, we ask again if the timing will be good, once again we are answered positively. Result, we took our order at 12:05 p.m., and 12:20 p.m. still not served while other tables arriving after us were served at 12:02 p.m. (their order was therefore taken before 12 p.m.!) Being with 2 young children (1 year old and 4 years old), eating in 10 minutes is complicated... So I go to see the waiters to explain to them and they have the nerve to tell me that one day like that you have to go to McDonald's! Above all, we should respect customers and be honest with them! Of course, we left (to the McDonald’s by the way, thanks for the advice!). I won't say see you soon, and don't count on me to advertise!
