Excellent service in a friendly atmosphere.

What a wonderful discovery during my trip to Lake Gerardmer! A Caesar salad with all the necessary ingredients in a balanced and ample quantity (parmesan, chicken, etc.). The staff were pleasant and helpful, and what can I say about the view! Magnificent and serene. A true escape from time.

Pleasant and quick service. We had a very good meal; I had andouille sausage and my husband had steak tartare. I recommend this restaurant. The view of the lake from the terrace is superb.

The food was excellent, the service was quite fast despite the crowd, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Plus, it's right on the lake.

Prices are too high for the quality. The service wasn't great either.

A great place to spend some time in Gérardmer. We went back several times during our vacation. A lovely terrace overlooking the lake and a friendly atmosphere. The food is simple and satisfying. You can also just have a drink. The service is friendly but varies depending on the staff. Thanks to Oceane who made our visit so enjoyable with her cheerfulness and good humor :) On subsequent visits, however, the service was less impressive. In particular, one time the woman turned us away because it was apparently full... (even though the terrace was almost empty). When we returned 5 minutes later, another waiter let us in without any problem. The same thing happened on a Friday evening when they're supposed to have all-you-can-eat mussels with Munster cheese on the menu. We came specifically for that. But no one bothered to tell customers that they weren't available that evening... many people on the terrace were in the same situation. Not very professional. But it's still a decent and friendly place to enjoy the summer in the Vosges :)

Beautiful view of the lake, generous portions, and top-notch service, especially from Océane who, despite an unpleasant colleague, always kept smiling and remained warm, polite, pleasant, and helpful with her customers 🥰 She made us want to come back...
