18/08/2026: The Louise baguettes are extremely bland; they're lacking something, depending on the recipe. Really disappointed. Not to mention the not-so-friendly salesperson yesterday. You ask for well-baked Louise baguettes, and he gives you plain ones, all while blowing on them... and then he waits for you to pay, but you have to ask the price because he doesn't tell you. I should mention that there were baguettes that were much better baked. Between the taste and the lack of friendliness, it's really put me off... this bakery's beginnings were much more promising than they are now.

10/08/2026: Very disappointed. Louise's baguettes used to be excellent, but I think there's been a change in the recipe. I've worked in a bakery, I know what I'm talking about. I still wanted to buy more, though, and out of the four baguettes, one was completely covered in black spots underneath. I think it's definitely the dirty baking tray. I found it disgusting, and the baguette tasted so dry, like a thick loaf. 😬😬 There's definitely been a change in the recipe, a mix of flours. 🤔🤔 It's revolting. So I'll make toast out of it because I can't just throw the bread away. I wasn't buying it anymore anyway, but now... 😂😂😂😂 I'm running away, I'm running fast! 😂😂

11/07/2026: €9.50 for an iced tea and a mint water with a view where there's nothing to see, it's a rip-off, don't go there!!!

05/07/2026: I love going there for coffee. I used to prefer Jessica and Marie Jo. It's not the same anymore. But there's a good atmosphere, I love going there. It's a nice crowd.
