14/08/2024: Having managed to obtain tickets for the Olympic Games in Versailles, we selected this hotel for its location and its services. When we arrived there, we were won over by the charm of the establishment. A small disappointment, the breakfast time: 6:30 a.m. You won't have to wait to be on time at the site the next day. In the room, small hiccup: the safe does not work. A little disappointing considering the standard. I imagined that the equipment was checked before customers arrived. The staff showed good will to resolve the problem. A replacement of the batteries (in fact there were none…) changed nothing, the whole safe was replaced. The next morning, we can't wait to see our athletes shine and at 6:29 a.m., we are in front of the breakfast room which is still locked. 6:35 a.m., she still is. 6:40 a.m., desperately closed... 6:45 a.m., it finally opens, a quarter of an hour late, without an explanation or a word of apology. And there, new disappointment: the pancakes are barely cooked. The raw dough escapes when you bite into it. The chocolate buns are also raw inside. So we settle for a piece of bread swallowed in a hurry because we are already behind schedule. When it's time to check out and check out, reception is empty. We wait five minutes before going to try to find someone in the breakfast room for the first time. We are told that he has gone out or gone down but that he will arrive soon. A second visit to the room was necessary before seeing someone and being able to pay. Even more than a quarter of an hour wasted... When I shared our setbacks and indicated that a gesture would be appreciated, I was told "I will pass on the information" while asking me my phone number and my email address. That was a week ago, and as of now, I haven't had any response. The price of the stay represented a big sacrifice for us, which we accepted in order to have a great experience. We left disappointed, not by the setting (the building is magnificent and the rooms comfortable) but by the services and the welcome and the little consideration we received. What a shame that what should have been a great experience was ruined like this.

09/08/2024: Good points: comfortable bed, friendly receptions who tried their best, incredible peaceful location. Bad points: most of the room amenities did not work. 2 of 4 available electrical sockets did not work. As there was no overhead light, you either charged your phone or had the lamp on. On arrival the fridge didn’t work, but was replaced. The housekeeping lady was clearly used to these problems and smiled wearily. The room was extremely hot, unless you had the main door open. We were offered a fan but given the lack of sockets refused it. I assume that is why they hadn’t already put a fan in the room. The only facility for making a drink was an espresso machine that only made espresso. Usually, you can fool these machines to allow you to produce hot water, but not this one. The receptionists got us hot water but it was very inconvenient to have to go down to get it. The room safe was not attached to anything and was broken. We took it down to reception but no-one was around. All this would be fine for a room price under E100, but due to the Olympics we were charged just under E300. If you are going to take advantage of supply shortages, you must offer the basic amenities expected of that price. We had paid for 2 nights but moved to another wonderful hotel much closer to Paris for half the price for the second night.

21/09/2024: We usually get takeaway from the Saint Louis lighthouse in Montigny, very pleasant staff and good food. Very commercial staff also when the order is slightly delayed.

25/08/2024: Small restaurant, nice, the quality of the meat I ate for the tartare was tasty, well seasoned! I ate well there, but we can't say it's plentiful and the prices are a little high, there's no menu that I remember either, so I told him it's not crazy! Especially the tartars at €25! I ate well there, but it’s too expensive!

11/09/2025: Had a brilliant stay here at this hotel, we moved from another one down the road that was awful. The chefs food is absolutely outstanding her name is Lucie and her food will make your mouth water. Another beautiful lady called Elisa is an amazing receptionist and she helped us every night with ordering food and even helped us order from somewhere else when we fancied something not from the menu. Astonishing staff, Stephen and titouan are also amazing gentlemen surfed with kindness and love and everyone always has a smile on their face. Honestly one of the best hotels iv stayed in and iv stayed everywhere in France for work. Good management amazing Survice and beautiful woman. What more could you ask for? Also a lovely standard of hygiene and cleanliness when it comes to the rooms.

24/07/2024: Acceuil parfait, réservation respectée, bel emplacement, prise de la commande rapide avec de bons conseils. Félicitations pour la cuisine, le service, la direction. Nous pouvons recommander cette adresse. Merci à toutes les équipés.

22/07/2024: L'endroit est super avec la vue sur le lac et très agréable de faire une balade en vélo et se retrouver au déjeuner sur la terrasse. Habitué à ce restaurant depuis de nombreuses années. Premier essai depuis la reprise du restaurant par une nouvelle équipe. Accueil très chaleureux, aimable, service rapide. Très bon émincé de veaux aux petits légumes. J'aurai apprécié un peu plus de légumes.

09/05/2024: We enjoyed the dishes made from fresh produce, on the menu Shad, duck breast with strawberry caramel and salted butter and to finish the homemade strawberry tartlet: Impeccable service. Well done!

20/06/2024: Voici un bistrot gourmand qui garde depuis plusieurs années une qualité constante avec de nombreux plats faits maison ("la raie sauce crevette" de ce midi était délicieuse). Avec un accueil chaleureux et une salle où les tables restent bien espacées voici une bonne adresse pour Saint Quentin en Yvelines et sa région.

24/06/2024: Ce soir, c’était moules frites. Et bien, juste un conseil, n’essayez surtout pas. Réchauffées, servies froides, dans un jus ignoble et insipide , décomposées caoutchouteuses, etc… Ils ont sans aucun doute servi les restes du midi, voire de la veille ! Dommage pour cet établissement dans lequel nous ne reviendrons plus, alors que nous avons connu nettement mieux par le passé. P.S : après le retour du plat, de simples excuses m’auraient évité d’écrire ce commentaire.
