19/09/2024: We were terribly disappointed the last two times we came to this restaurant. The last visit was one too many. We were a group of six and asked to be placed on the terrace. The reception was cold and worthy of a treasure hunt: we were asked to address ourselves inside then outside! Then, we waited for long minutes before getting the cards, then before being served. The quantity served in the bowls is lousy and the fries were served cold because they waited for long minutes on a server. In addition, the Roquefort mussels were much worse than usual; the sauce was undoubtedly diluted heavily in water. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the four unfortunate pieces of bread that were nonchalantly served to us for six people! Prices are extremely high for the quality. However, we were very good customers, since the opening of the restaurant in Besançon and even before in Paris (since 2010) and really appreciated the concept of this chain, but enough is enough. You have lost a family of loyal customers.

12/09/2024: Je ne recomande pas ce restaurant c est degueulasse vraiment . Fondue horrible . Ca vaut ps la grange . N y allez surtout pas. .
31/08/2024: We reserved a table for this Saturday evening, but the location allocated to us was unfortunately not ideal: limited space and presence of cobwebs and dust a few centimeters from us. The menu, although limited, demonstrates a desire to offer sophisticated dishes. However, the two Comtoise pans we ordered did not meet our expectations in terms of quality. The cancoillote, instead of being hot and liquid, was compact, which spoiled the pleasure of tasting it. The ham was rather plain and greasy, and the potatoes seemed reheated, although that's not necessarily a negative. The Morteau sausage, for its part, was as expected from this type of dish. For dessert, we chose ice cream and double cream meringue. The ice cream was okay, but the double cream of the meringue was not up to par, and did not correspond to what one would expect from this type of cream. I do not intend to devalue this establishment, but our experience this evening unfortunately did not live up to our expectations or the price paid.
